Very bad place theyve not maintained it. This shopping mall is on dha main bulevard and imagine this is normaly empty people dont like to take shops here because of worst management and maintinanace. Washrooms are in worst condition even in typical bus stop washroom were far better than this.

Good place for small workspaces, shops and offices rents of shops are also low atmosphere is food but they have time restrictions for for all shops except 2 front shops in whole plaza and one which is in ise of management 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and one day we was late because of lots of work in office and didnt realise its late and when we done winding up gone outside all we seen is black plaza and all exist was closed we was stucked in plaze for 30 mins for until we reach the management and requested to open the exit. Means if you are entrepreneur or work late night this place is definitely not for you..

You can find a lowest rental shop here, but the policies enforced by the management are the real cause of the failure of this Project.You are bound to open and shutdown your shop/office by 10am to 10pm.Sundays are also closed here.No Lighting, Air Conditioning, No working Lifts and Elevators, and the worst cleaning services along with dirty washrooms.

The cleaning and lighting needs improvrment.
