True depiction of its name, really an oasis in the hot afternoon of mid April. Chilled water bottle and light snacks were the best what i needed that time. A great help for sector B residents in Askari 11. All must have items are there will ready to serve owner. Enough parking space is a plus point. Enjoy cold water in summer and appreciate the name.

A simple departmental store where you can find regular grocery and vegetables. Its not very well organized, and mostly is cramped, but it serves the general purpose. You can also ask them to deliver goods to your house if you live close by.

No cleanliness, dust is everywhere. No one bothered to clean dust from for sale items. It seems owner is getting benefit of monopoly as no other dhop is availble near by. Itonically no quality check by Askari management for the sake of residents
