We visited a few days ago. Staff Boy who was supposed to introduce the vehicle was highly disappointed, rude and unprofessional.We decided not to purchase the vehicle only due to his behavior.They must think about it.

From the sales team to the mechanics, everyone is really professional. They set the benchmark in Pakistan for their sales and after sales service. Obviously the car is amazing too but thats proven globally.

A great environment I experienced at this place. Awesome customer care services. A full detail description provided to us about new models. I think Car lovers must visit here.

Very first Audi showroom in Lahore you can buy Audi here as well they have service center all in one place

Staff is professional but you cant see your car while being maintained. There should be a camera so you can see your car. They dont take your permission to service your car with extras parts etc thus increasing your bill. Audi Pakistan is different from Audi International, no MMI updates, no audi online registrations and mobile apps. Audi should improve this. Audi accessories were not available.

The Audi Centre, Lahore is situated at an extremely ugly and dirty area outside of Lahore. The access to Audi Center has been extremely difficult for the past couple of years. Right next to the Audi Center, and around, donkey carts are operating and the environment is very dirty and sordid. As per the Audi Center itself, the façade is ugly to the point that the Audi rings are rusted and the chrome is gone. The front of the building doesnt look like a premium car showroom at all. Despite being built only months ago, it has aged and weathered terribly. Inside, there was no one to greet us. There were people seated at desks and doing nothing literally but no one came to ask what we were there for. Then I had to ask someone about the sales manager and we were then guided into a corner where a spiral staircase was going up. The spiral staircase was so narrow and the stepping area so small that it ensured a fall for anyone. You have to go there to see it for yourself. I wonder who approved the design and who put up that stair well.All in all, I have been a die-hard proponent of Audi - and will remain so - however, I simply cant drive my Audi to that area for its servicing every few months.I wonder if someone from Audi Germany visits and sees where the Audi Center is located and does something about it.Shame!
