The terminal is adequately large. You can pick and drop by entering the terminal instead of stopping it outside on the main road which is convenient. There are two waiting halls. One for regular customers and other for business class seat holders. Same is with the ticketing counters. Usually the buses depart on time and their buses for Karachi are much better as compared to Daewoo.

Online booking system very much necessary. A big question mark here. Rest is all very good

The only thing which makes them a bit left behind in the race is “ease of booking through an online app” otherwise their service is excellent and buses are luxurious. Would definitely rate them 5 star for trying standing out the competition loud!

Went from RWP to LHR on thier executive class.Seats are quite comfortable along with infotainment system.Fare is Rs.1000.Their service is way better than Daewoo bus service.

Pretty decent service. A few routes are exceptional while the waiting area,rest rooms are okey. Normally very rush at rest rooms so be in lane. One thing is the ticketing booth, it needs to be updated.

Bus terminal was big. Buses getting properly parked. Only thing I didnt like is toilets. Toilets were less as compared to mumber of people visiting this bus stand.

Much much better than dewoo. I tried Dewoo today gold class and other side normal class. Both have expensive than faisal movers and both types are third class.Than I tried faisal mover business class which is less expensive and comfortable.

I travelled with faisal movers executive from lahore to bahawalpur, only the seats were nice nothing else, they didn’t provide us headphones, nor they provided the refreshments. (Except single disposable glass of sprite).What a pathetic executive....

I didnt feel nice while traveled through FM . they didnt maintain their hygienic standard .. Nowadys covid 19 are spreading so in that regard they must maintain their sops after one trip.. But they didnt bother any thing

I specially made a point to travel on this luxury coach. From buying the ticket, business class lounge, boarding, coach seats, recreation system was excellent. Excellent Buses and hospitality. Although their terminal is located at a very rushy place so you need to keep the traffic congestions in mind to plan your visits.

The business class is so cool and nice however the lady in the bus was suppose to help us in needed time but she had very poor knowledge regarding their buses, please train your stuff. Overall to the ride was very very pleasant and good.

So if you want to travel in luxury style you can take business class. From Lahore terminal to peshwar terminal. So its very convenient to travel and having the bus on time.

Time schedule is good buses are cancelled any time without any prior intimation.

Very pathetic service even in business class. Even there ticket printers not working. Delayed almost over on hour. In business lounge tea machine is not working. Totally mismanagement. No one know where is bus and whats time of arrival.

Worst service for Alipur. Bus departed 30 minutes late from Lahore to Alipur and from Alipur to Lahore bus departed 45 minutes late. Driver doesnt use seat belt.

I have traveled in faisal movers recently. I like their business class busses. Seats are really comfortable. But busses need maintenance on and off. As Some seats have issues with buttons. Also faizabad terminal is not good in case of organizing the seat. I ve found mismanagement in faizabad terminal. But lahore and Peshawar mor terminals are way better than faizabad.

Best Bus service in Pakistan. I Traveled from Lahore to Islamabad on Business class which is luxury, comfortable and way better than Executive buses and any other bus service in Pakistan.Very comfortable seats, food served in bus is also good and hygienic.They just need to work on staff sitting @ counters as they are not customers oriented. They need trainings how to deal with customers.

My first experience in Faisal Movers executive plus class is very poor Lahore to Islamabad beacuse in 1700rs no refreshment and headphone provided. Bus hostess is sleeping in back seat when I ring the bell for call hostess she is no notice that. I think my money is totally goes to waste.

I always Travel on business class, I asked for tickets in any time for business class but they said for next 3 hours no seat available and force me to purchase Sania Express ticket, after they misbehaved and abused for not to sit in business Lounge. The bus service Sania Express is competitive. From Islamabad it picks you up from Karachi Company, G-9 Markaz and fare is 1,150. However on way back to Islamabad (from Lahore) it drops on Kashmir Highway at G-9 signal !! And the fare is 1,200!!Now a days only plain water is served in the bus - no soft drinks and other refreshments!!

Lahore to Sahiwal to Multan and Multan to Sahiwal to Lahore buses are very cheap there are only 1 bus out of 100 have tablet facility on this route. We are the lucky who are travelling on it but tablets are not working
