Poor banking experience I didnt expected this from Bank Al Habib. Earlier I thought it is very reputed bank but I was wrong. Their service and customer support is very bad and their branch executives are so unprofessional. Staff is lazy very unprofessional Specially Ali Husnain with arrogant behavior.

Worst service I have ever seen in this type of low standard bank. Staff is extremely non professional, unethical, even if these people dont bother to queued people.Extremely non sense behavior, lack of professionalism, service and quality.Slow persons bank, who seems already tired in their lives. Dont know how they come to bank daily and sit on their chairs and waste time by using phone for personal use and dont pay attention to customers time, always give lame excuse of System Nahi chal raha.High officials should notice and do necessary actions to improve the quality of service.
I had the displeasure of opening an account with this branch, They have the worst behaving staff I have ever seen in a bank especially Mr. Hussnain saab. They treat you like they are superior to you in everyway and you amount to nothing without their help. My last straw was the inappropiate delay in our online transactions via the bank. They do not care enough to give us a satisfactory reason why they are delaying our transactions.
I heard about bad systems but Bank al Habib showed me real time example of their lazy staff. How Mr Ali Husnain just blames everything on their bad system and headquarters in Karachi and will do todays work by tomorrow.Hats off to branch manager for leaving 3 hours early from six hour shift.
What is the use of opening an account if you cant use the amount at the right time and when you ask bank staff for the support, they simply dont care. M going to withdraw my amount real soon and will deposit it to other bank where i dont have to deal with staff like Mr. Ali Husnain.

Its always needs 2 to 3 personal visit for every single work related to that branch the banking Officer Ali Husnain is totally unprofessional and its really hard to avail bank services from them.
They did not behave properly, ashamed being the part of that branch.
