Worst delivery service ever.I was supposed to receive my order within 7 days. Its been around 20 days now and I havent got it yet.Whats totally surprising is that I call everyday, yes everyday to inquire when I would receive it. Not even once have they said anything other than yesterday.What a shame these people are.Dont you ever expect anything from these creeps

This Is Absolutly Ridiculous That Its Been 5 Days And We Havent Recieve The Shipment Booked From.Karachi On 30th July 2020 And Till To Date We Are Waiting Now On Friday We Have To Travel And This Parcel Is Not Recieved And This Is Not The First Time This Is Very Regular Limit Of Unprofessional Attitude .

Almost zero service.They pickup your phone and then hang it immediately .Its 4th day till shipment and 2nd day since when the package is in transit to me.I havent received a call yet from trax.

Worst service. They have limited delivery areas in Lahore. Even if its in service area then theyll update online tracking portal around evening mentioning Shipment-Out for delivery on every after 2 to 3 days... But no it wont be delivered. Youll get tired of calling their call center.
