Extremely poor experience I had with FedEx. Poor customer support. They dont even pick calls. Rude behaviour never FedEx again. My tracking no 771200844259 they never contacted me or delivered my shipment.

I visited Gerrys to file my student visa by walkin due to urgency although online appointment is easy dont hesitate to do that. Overall convenient and compassionate staff to help you through the process. I was suffering from worst fever and was expecting my interview for atleast 1 hour late, I asked the boy there to let me in for my interview because I wasnt feeling well. He helped me in the best way.The only problem there is to wait in line outside in the sun heat for your turn to get in and it takes hours and it gets hectic for walkin clients. They should find some feasible way to deal clients.

The behavior of staff is extremely rude. I asked for my shipment and they responded in a very bad manner. DHL is way better and the staff is also very nice at DHL. FedEx quality is poor and staff behavior is also not good. Kindly fire these types of people if they dont want to work in FedEx.

No parking available. One has to park the vehicle in other nearby buildings parking only if available. CSR take unnecessarily long time for processing cases. Spent two days for submission of documents for legalization whereas a local competitor took not more than15 minutes for same procedure.

I went there for attestation purpose. Guy was nice, he took some signatures. After 5 days on sunday i went there to retrieve the attested documents. Everything went as planned.
