One of the worst customer service i have experience with them. Such a rude staff, i went there for just an information and the guy kept talking on the personal phone. When i asked him to attend me, he was so rude. Never going again

Superb service ​and rates. This is the official FedEx franchise, as mentioned on the website. I sent some documents to London for Rs2980. DHL I sent earlier for 4500 and TCS for some reason charge 4350.Service here was outstanding. The staff member was very respectful, jolly and curtious. They also had card payment. This is in contrast to the horrible experience from DHL office outlet on model town link road, where staff were too busy with personal calls. They didnt have card payment facility despite it being mentioned on the website. Plus they asked me to get change, very unprofessional.Highly recommend this FedEx outlet.
