FedEx Y block branch is best among many others the staff is good and cooperative. He even given me suggestions to get discount on card. The couriers are collected at around 7 pm so its better if you go before to send your parcel at the same day. FedEx also claims low rates as compare to others. Overall my experience was very great and I definitely recommend FedEx

This shop is not located on the main road and there is no prominent banner to identify it as such. It is located inside a Street and a couple of shops away from the main road.They are not an official outlet of FedEx, which also explains no prominent banner.They work with both FedEx and DHL under some sort of agreement, where they are aware of all the rates and promotions of both the couriers. They collect parcels from clients and give them temporary receipts on FedEx or DHL papers. At the end of the day, the transport all the parcels to the official FedEx or DHL customer service center from where they get the computerized tracking number. They, then, SMS this tracking number to the clients who can then track their shipment online.They are like an intermediary between the couriers and clients which helps customers in the sense that they dont have to go all the way to the official outlets, saving their time. But this approach can also sometimes result in a one day delay in getting your package shipped, especially if you have over the package near the closer of business day.On the whole, they are safe and do their job with efficiency most of time. You can also bargain a little on rates, but just a little.
