Edit: After my first review I got the call and they promised to resolve the matter and replace the damaged good, which they actually did in time. My goods were delivered in semi cold box, nice attempt but still leave me wondering how do you manage to have milk all around the milk containers . Picture is attached for the reference.All my frozen foods such as French fries and nuggets and kebabs were sent hot and just thrown away in the garage, they even charge a hundred bucks for this pathetic service and no one attends the helpline.

Well, That was my first and last order Very Bad Experience they are also thief because what they mention but not in the box. So, Please dont buy from them, Most of the mangoes are in bad condition when we cuts into peaces.

Rates are reasonable but customer service is non-existent and pathetic. They will never attend the call. The delivery is always late. You cannot rely on them to provide you fresh vegetables and fruits. They sent me rotting potatoes in my recent order.

I have order thrice , the last two are forced order as to safe my money in the wallet. It is unbelievable that this company has an extremely impressive potential to doom their customer almost every time. When u make complain they return you money in wallet to again give a chance to experience their worst service. They have no idea at all how to do this bussiness. I think we mist report their app to cyber crime department.

I made three orders and all three orders had bad to rotten vegetables or fruit. I made multiple complaints.I wont be ordering fresh produce from them. Delivery etc is reasonable and on time.

Beware !!They deliver 8 out of 10 items almost expired, few products manufacturing is almost 2 years old, so strange. If you dont see the the expiry / manufacturing date you could be in danger.

They are scam. I placed order and paid online via net banking. I was confirmed that order has been despatched. After 5 hours they declined and did not give any reason.

I have received stale veggies even upon mentioning to take care of that!

Incomplete order delivered after 2 days. The main items I required were missing. No proper cold storage the icebox seemed v unhygeinic and smelled really bad. No paper bag or anything to hand over the rest of the products. Considering the situation nowadays they should have taken some precautions measures to ensure these things. Also you should let know before checkout if items are available or not. Not going to use this service again . Totally disappointing

I am unable to contact with you of the Cell Number given your website. please take it efficient and speedy talk. second , I am not able to open the app with cell phone after verification, the app suddenly closed.. I gave many orders and it is fulfill according to commitment.

Non sense app , they gave itmes without any packaging. Just gave individual itmes in my hands . These people are totally illiterate. Ridiculous

Place is an online shopping store with delivery option.. You just download the app Grocer App from play store and input your info then start shopping from home. Easy, hunh.. They deliver your stuff at your home. Convenient?. Yes. You got it.. But not everyone gets everything always. So sometimes, they are out of stock too or wrong items or broken eggs . Four stars..

I hope other people will be able to use this review and save their time. This service is extremely poor. I uninstalled after I didnt receive my first order. Looking at their Facebook and Google ad campaign I was hoping for a better service. Ordered fruit and vegetables for delivery in Lahore a day in advance. Delivery schedule was between 9-12 in the morning but no one showed up till 3:00pm. I cancelled the order and uninstalled this app immediately after cancellation.

I am disappointed in this service, i understand a new business has its challenges but instead of making excuses you can simply apologize for the inconvenience and better your company. People usually have opt for this kind of service is because its convenient, faster service, and great or even reasonable prices...which sadly it isnt any of those things. the time i ordered this, got messages what they didnt have available, and finalllllllllyyy got my groceries just to know that i didnt get my complete order, i could have went to the grocery store, cooked my meal and had a picnic. When the guy finally came to deliver, he didnt have any bag to put my groceries in, i dont know he was expecting me to juggle them all in my hand. when i asked for a bag he said they dont have because imran khan banned them? you can have reusable grocery bags for people to purchase. thats fine, but i called to inform the guy i was missing an item and that how the some of the vegetables i ordered wernt fresh, he told me to not to order at night and order during the day, okay then inform your customers that the vegetables would not be fresh when ordering a certian time on the app, instead of wasting their money. good luck for those who r looking forward to wasting their money!

Pathetic and worst.

I placed an order 3 days ago and they were supposed to deliver it today at 8 pm and around 9 pm they sent me a minute that your order has been declined this is awfull worst service dont order anything they are just wasting others time.

Very unprofessional people. Customer service is always closed. Been there Customer from a month now and having very bad experience milk, vegetables and fruit items are mostly in bad shape and quality. Deleting the app
