If u r travelling, or your loved ones r planning to join u in Saudi Arabia, this is the place u visit for processing the visas.The staff is very professional including security. You need to have an online, pre booked, appointment to enter.Nowadays, its very quiet so there was no rush, when i visited to inquire about my new born child iqama visa expired due to lockdown.You need a mask also to be worn.

Place with no sign board and name written any where...You must have to ask people to go there as its behind Uniform factor.. but same building...

The security staff is courteous as is the staff at reception and visa processing facility . Be sure to take extra copies of prints as they charge 200 Rs for a single colour print and 100 Rs for non colour print . Mondays are usually crowded whereas Wednesdays and Thursdays are less busier .

Access is not easy. Access road is in very worst condition, especially in rainy days.

Etimaad is earning too much but there way from GT road to building is too pathetic.

This is the entrance for the Etimad office as they dont allow anyone to enter from main gate. The facility inside is ok but there is no way to contact the office as they do not pick up the call. It is easy for locals but people who come from out of station it a mess for them and they are guided right. The prices there are very high a normal photocopy cost around 100 rupees which is way more then it cost outside .

It was good place with too many people waiting around, mismanagement of staff few were harsh towards customers, many others were behaving good too, overall had satisfactory experience

Very rough and vehicle damaging approach road. Staff response is professional. Website not working so no normal appointment, forced to pay extra for lounge. This seems intentional to make money as no option at counter for normal appointment. Normal appointment should be available if website has a problem.

Biometric would be easy if you either have a pre-arrival appointment or go their earlier in the morning around 9am. Very systemic and staff is pretty helpful too. In normal days the entire process would take 20 to 30 mints

System is often down so you gotta wait alot.

They are just looters... illiterate and rude staff... Visa staff will tell you to get your copies in just 5 to 10 minutes so that you use their own photocopy shop. There they charge high prices... color copy for 200 rs and normal copy for 20 rs... Better get you document photocopies before coming here... They are looting at the name of Saudi Arabia... Embassy should take notice.

One of the worst visa stamping experience I ever had. No reception/information desk whatsoever. You may have to stand in queue for hours and find out you are missing some document or attestation. They charge unreasonably high apart from Visa charge which ofcourse Saudi Embassy decides. In short its a monopoly of single company which runs without any check and balance on customer service.Tips: come as early as possible, any late than 9 am and your whole day is booked. Try getting all documents ready from their website or some agent.

As this is private company so it follows only their own rules... you better get appointment before arrival or they will charge you as per their will. Moreover get yourself vaccinated before going there or be ready to be charged 2000 per injection. Photocopier charges 20 rupees per copy & 200 per colour print. There is wait usually, so its better to have your lunch packed with you.Children below 6 years & persons above 80 years are exempted from finge-print scanning.

Visited eitmaad office for finger print. Its a well managed now. Can be finished your finger prints less than 30 minutes or less.Staff is well trained and so cooperative .

Went 6 Jan 2020 for processing Family Visit Visa. Worst experience over all because of following.1. Working hours shown on website are till 5PM. We reached at 3:00pm and we were told that working hours have ended at 2:00 pm. we were told to come at 7am next day with appointment otherwise you will be charged 6,000/ per passport.2. For the Second time we took online appointment on 17 jan 2020. After Checking appointment they rejected it by saying that you should select the option of Family Multipul visit visa instead of Family Visit Visa and Charged 14,000/ of two Passports.3. Rs 200/- were charged for embassy form.4. Rs 2000/- was charged for vaccination, getting vaccination was optional but payment was must. The whole amount was being collected in the staffs personal drawers with no receipts.5. The Insurance fee was not according to the Saudi Embassy Law. But according to their own demands.6. Staff Behaviour was totally disrespectfull and rude.7. Photo copy 20 Rupee this is too much.8. No parking for visitor. Outside parking at your own risk.I can rightly say this company, a mafia who is looting the innocent citizens with both hands on the name of SAUDI EMBASSY

Great experience. Everything is prompt and staff is here really cooperative. But print is very expensive here. If you are going for your biometrics, please do take the print of slip yourself. Otherwise theyll charge you 100rs for a single copy.

System was fine & cool without corruption.I like that.

Visa processing is very fast in Etimaad. but you have a lot money to go there. The print a single document for 100 Rupees.

Salam.First of all main problem is no proper parking place for motorbikes and car’s2ndly there is no mention outside this is Etimad office for biometric. Means no billboardOtherwise staff is very goodBring your E number. Passport. Original ID. and fee 1000Good luck

There is entrance on main Multan road but still they ask u to go way around in a muddy street. On entrance, they ask you walk in fenced small path like we did a mistake coming here.There are limited counters and huge rush. I have to stand in the line like 2 hours. No sitting arrangements in the lobby.

Services are good but the chrges of printing stuff is over rated highly disappointed with this and the parking system is very poor.

IT was easy to find through Google Maps as it is located on the main road and have easy access to all type of vehicles even the trailers.

Went for biometric verification for my moms hajj visa.fee is Rs 1050 Good service throughout.No parking area. They are managing all the processes in well disciplined manners.

I had such a wonderful experience at Etimad, the personnel at the first counter was very polite and helpful. He assisted me in a very professional way in compiling my documents, in the order that the Embassy would accept. The document submission, biometrics and payment procedure also went very smoothly. The whole process took around 30-45 mins, without any hassle.

People inside the building were well mannered. Outside road condition was very filthy.

Just finished the biometric in an hour, one photocopy or print is about 100/ rupees, just a good experience in a lounge area, i dont know the name of her counter lady, her behaviour is polite & has good way of speaking...

It is the place where any person who is going abroad for work purposes or for Hajj/Umrah get his biometric verification done. Service is good but applicant is not facilitated. Staff behaves the applicant as he/she has come to them to get something free of cost. My experice is not satisfactory as staff is not found to be courteous. Road towards this pvt Ltd company is also poor, looks like you are moving in caves.

I have to go to the process to find out the way to complete the whole visa processing cycleThey staff members are good and cooperativeThey have everything under one building.
