They ruined our wedding cards (90% of embossing was misregistered or not aligned) and their solution was We cant fix it. Either get a refund or get cards without embossing in 5 days.Do they even realize how much of our time have they wasted which cant be brought back? Zero professionalism.

I’m appauled and enraged. So expensive and 0 quality of work. No professionalism. When the matter was brought to hand I was seen off by saying “guzara ker lein” I spent 17,000 on four books and RN only had to profit. They could not fix my books. They do not care. I was at a total loss. They should’ve given me back my money or compensated. Used cheap paper that printed in low quality providing wrong colours. They will take advantage of you unless you humiliate them and get your work done right. I’m a design student with a frequent use of printing and I will NEVER suggest ANYONE to get their printing done from RN. Please have SOME humiliation for your customer and work ethic to not CHEAT on someone who is paying so much only for quality of work. DISGUSTING.
