Pathetic experience ever with this company, they charged too much amount, took the whole amount as advance payment and gives the worst & 3rd class quality products which you have ordered. Not any Claim they Accept. first and last worst experience ever.

I expected an expert from Insta to advise me on printing sheet as well as on high res colors before accepting order...that would have saved my money and made me a happy customer!

I ordered custom stickers from them online. They were a little slow to respond to messages, but after giving them a call they processed my order promprtly.I received my order on time. The stickers are good quality and the cost was quite reasonable. Overall, a satisfying experience.

They need to provide better customer services along with better print services.

My brother ordered cards from here for my sisters wedding. These guys delivered less than half the order and claim the order has been fulfilled. Not recommended. Use someone else! DONOT do business with them

I visited this place and observed that the staff was so arrogant. The person at reception is so rude and not informative at all. He behaves very bad, as if we want the prints for free. Never Recommended.

Poor quality printing, and took 3 weeks to process the complaint. All shirts were of different sizes despite being told that they were supposed to be the same, and the print disappeared after one wash.

All time favorite stop point when ever my creative and starts kicking. Good service and competent employees. They come up to my expectations as they are much flexible and keep a cool mind when it comes to nosy customers. :pA recommendation to whom ever wants their creativity to take up a physical form as it is.

Ok. First of all its not INSTA print or smart printing. 1 visiting card ordered at 10:30am and will be delivered at 3:00pm. Secondly, they have serious hygiene issues. Its very dirty, unclean, smelly & filthy from inside. Had a very bad experience.

They are just looting people with smiles and big luxuary shops other than that the services they offer can be availed from any normal copy shop with same quality or better but with lesser cost.

Helpful staff, had to go get a4 n legal size envelope in emergency situation. I kn its not a stationary shop but they helped.

I cant emphasize enough how helpful Instaprint has been! We hired them for some collateral design and printing for the PAPS 2020 Autoshow in Lahore. We required some last minute additions one day before the event. They stayed back after hours till 1AM the night before getting everything ready, printing it and delivering it the same night. Our event would not have been a success without instaprint and I wholeheartedly recommend them for all your printing and designing needs!

I have been there multiple time. The staff behavior is just fine. Sometimes you feel that they dont care about your job or work otherwise they are professional in there field. The prices are a bit on higher side but they provide good quality so you pay you what they demand.

A great service for quick printing jobs. They are courteous and are really professional. Sometimes the workload affects their performance. More work is good though. Always a life saver whenever I need a quick printing job done. A bit expensive as compared to the traditional printers, but they are highly organized. Kudos!

They use to provide quality products. As competitive market emerges they tend to lose their touch. Prices are high, some regular quality stuff they are now providing. Customer service is lacking its touch. Seriously need to work on more designs and products as being commercial doesnt mean you give low quality

They have professional printing machines for best quality and result. Rates are also reasonable for any paper size.

If quality is your asking, then it is exactly what theyre giving. Got printed posters and mugs. Brilliant quality. Not ultra high quality, but yes pretty good quality. Designers could be a bit more helpful though in helping with on-hand designing.

I went there with an idea that by spending a bit more than market rates here i could get some quality business cards made with a good design but i was shocked after receiving how inferior their cards were, the printing was also horrible.. looked like some low quality monopoly cards.. infact designer fee was also charged 500rp but he did a horrible job as well and denied when i asked him to use the templates from their own website. Also suggested to use the low quality sheet for printing yet more expensive. I almost spent 1300 in total there after receiving and getting another batch to be made on another sheet and only got worthless 200 crads which im planning to discard altogether because they’re only supposed to give a bad impression of my business.

I was under the impression that this place could get the job done in the minimum amount of time at an affordable rate but one experience at this place showed that the business was only running for the corporate clients. A corporate office might give it a good rating but they just further increased my work

They took it to the next level, and trust me, this is NOT a comment, they took about a day and 9 hours to print 10 pictures, in which I had to go there thrice, their staff postponing it again and again. And the only consolation was that the print quality (mostly) was fine.
