Got Abdul Qadoos on the line and he assured me that it is nothing to worry about and they agreed to send me another one free of cost. Overall very nice experience for online shopping. Extremely poor quality of printing, Quality the shirt was okay, definitely not worth the price though.I specifically provided them with a PNG file of the quote to be DIRECTLY printed on the shirt colour, when they failed to read the design i edited on their website. I even asked them to confirm with me how i wanted it printed before they went ahead with it because it took a lot of time to redesign to meet their designated shirt area requirement. Yet they manage to entirely mess it up by doing this ugly bordered word stick on that looks super pixelated (even after being provided with a PNG file). Definitely will not recommend them to any customer whos looking to get customised upperwear on a regular OR an occasional basis. Poor Customer Service and Experience.

I order 3 products on 30 june and recieve it on 20 july. None of them was good mug printing was all messed up, mobile sticker was dusty and dots on it, and on t-shirt front side was good but there was no printing on the back, and to accept their mistake that they send faulty product, they are giving poor offers like send us the products back. Ill if the fault was on my end but its not.

Changing my Review feedback. i have recieved my rest PPEs although with a delay, but considering such Corona situation, a delay could be expected.The positive thing is though that Support team replied back and were Honest. Based on their Honest Support, i am happy to change my Review and give them 4 stars._____________________________________________________________________Very Bad Experience . Delivered less than the ordered Quantity. A kind of cheating.I had ordered 30 PPEs, paid the complete money ( including delivery cost which is 3 times, even though all 30 pieces needs to be delivered on the same address). But once i opened the packing there were only 10 pieces inside. I complained on the email mentioned on the website , got the feedback that they are going to deliver again, but its now more than 2 weeks and still there is not a single response of delivery date.

Very unprofessional. Low quality products. Worst customer service. Dont care about retaining customers. Total fraud.

Pathetic customer service. The worst I have ever seen. I ordered an item around a month ago and I still havent received it. They just keep saying that I will receive it in 3-5 days max. but those 5 days never seem to end.Absolutely pathetic.Reply: So what? Im not satisfied with the customer service so you cant stop me from reviewing. And instead of resolving my issue, youre here trying to defend your company. You wouldnt need to if you had delivered my item on time.

Worst printing service ever.Product quality is very ordinary, and the printing quality was so poor. The colors were all distorted and the print all blurry.When I contacted them they were very rude in response, and then stopped responding.Never ever buy from here, they are not capable of printing any good stuff.
