Nice Place To Visit. Ample Parking Space, Indoor and Outdoor Sitting. The food is good. I would highly recommend their club sandwich. The service however is a bit slow. Takes 40-60 mins to serve at times. Sitting and ambiance is comfortable as well.

This is place that fulfills cravings for Cinnamon rolls. specially in winter best combination is cinnamon roll with Coffee.I must say these rolls are their speciality.Must try this,this is the best thing to satisfy yourself if you want something sweet but also a special one.

I ordered pecanbon roll and its usually very good. Today , clearly it wasnt fresh and they tried to cover it with extra cream and dip. It didnt work, I knew from 1st bite it was hard and chewy. I complained and they told me they ll change it. But to my utter surprise they reheated the thing, put some more cream on it and presented to me again, saying its a new one. It is very pathetic attempt, I didnt even ask for a change, I just wanted them to know that its not fresh. But the thing they tried to pull off is pathetic.

The cinnabon has yummiest products though they need to upgrade the taste or i say blending of their chillaytas. I am addicted to their cocoban but it is super expensive and now i go occasionally. Hope they introduce some discount for regular customers

Food and hot chocolate was great.The only problem was that they didnt allow me to charge my phone. Little things makes a considerable difference. Could have had hot chocolate and food anywhere else.

Definitely a dessert place I would recommend to anyone who is fond of chocolate. The best way to enjoy the cinnamon roll is when they are fresh out of the oven. The staff is very forthcoming as well. If you request anything like extra topping or you want a fresh cinnamon roll they will go out of their way to oblige. This is something that sets itself apart from the other cinnabon outlets in Pakistan. It has more to do with the overall Lahore food culture which is very generous on the other hand there is Islamabad which are the complete opposite.So give it a shot you wont be disappointed.

Not much to eat other than cinnabons

Okay, Cinnabon is my another go to place from now on. I ordered Caramel Macciato with a large Chocobon. And, to be honest, it was worth it. And Cocobon is my new favourite dessert.

Really good place for desserts. You can order fresh, warm cinnamon rolls to go with a cup of coffee. However, it is slightly overpriced as I had to pay 2000 for a cinnamon latte with chocolate, classic and nutella mini bons. Theyve got shakes, ice creams and flatbread too. You can also choose a box of rolls of your choice to gift it to someone. Overall, the rolls were really good as they werent too sweet. Not a huge fan of the cinnamon latte though. Wouldve given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the high price.

I would seriously suggest customers to get a take away and NEVER dine in!!!The table service is so pathetic that I was amazed by the stupid staff. Last night I visited and simple ordered a large Cinnabon caramel roll. I paid in advance and he assured me it will be served in less than 10 min. No less than 20 min later I headed towards the counter only to find out that he didn’t even know I had placed an order. I had to look for my order from the list to show him what I ordered and when. He apologised and asked me to wait for a few mins before it could be served. I got back to my table. Another lap of 15 min and was furious heading towards the counter where the stupid staff person told me that order had been served. 5 mins of mystery solving and he came to know that order was served at another table where the original order was a mini roll. He was more worried about the extra he had ordered. Well, 7 more min passed and I was finally served with roll. The moment I unwrapped my fork, another waiter arrived and served me another roll and couple of coffees. I gazed at him and he asked me if that was my order. Which wasn’t. I nodded negative and lifted the cups, stared looking at other customers as someone would summon him to their table.It was terrible there. I advise the customers to get a take away when possible to avoid such hassle. For staff I can only hope they’ll improve their service or will simply give and start self service like other successful chains.

Cinnabon was great. Environment was very relaxing and cozy.

Very nice, cosy atmosphere.Their Cinnabon is pure indulgence; Cinnamon,sugar,glaze .They prepare them before your eyes behind a glass counter(although I found ghe pace of the baker very slow, perhaps cautious and clever to make big batches in less time). The coffee is nice. You can always ask for however you like it and they are ready to cater to your desire. I did not like their chocolate cupcake but they readily offered exchange with another item ir refund. A good bunch of professional ,happy staff on the floor.The manager seemed up and about. I am not sure if they have got wheelchsir access.There is a bit of outside arrangement of seating too(if you would like to watch the uproar of the traffic) However in the evenings, it becomes more pleasurable outdoors with nice lights and neon signs..Overall, do visit. It is pricy!! Not for the faint hearted.

For the cost of a cinnabon, coffee and a sandwich shared by two, a party of 6 can have a lavish dinner in other restaurants. Value for money is poor. Cinnabon will jave to be a once a year affair.

They do have a free Wi-Fi access on the premises. And of course, they have an indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement. I have been a regular at this particular outlet since 2010 C.E. A great place to sit and enjoy the out n indoor environment with a cup of coffee n cinnamon roll which is their specialty.. the only thing which is missing is the freshness of their cinnamon rolls which they need to improve as their consumers expect fresh baked cinnamon rolls and if they dont serve that quality they lose the business so rather saving on budgets n earning more outa serving a day b4 preserved cinnamon roll they should rather work on serving the fresh cinnamon rolls made on same day n save their business !

Cinnabon is what it is! world famous Cinnabon rolls and good American diner style regulur Black coffee (apart from all the fancy drinks on the menu). But the outlet in Gulberg, opposite Xinhua Mall in Lahore has become a favorite den for smokers and young couples (allowed in the seating area on 1st level) which makes the whole place feel a bit shady at times. The heat coming out of all the machines sometimes makes the seating areas on ground floor a bit challenging.

Had a nice meet up with old friend at cinnabon. Its just an ordinary cafe at a prime location. Need to improve things a bit. It was noisy and untidy but coffee was good. Its my suggestion to update things and improve ambience with new furniture etc. Lot of competition and players in surrounds to win business.

Garbage place. Garbage and unhealthy food and drinks. Bad crowd. The only good thing they might have are cinnamon rolls. But its not recommended generally. Bad staff. Rude behaviour. Unclean floor and they stink. Horrible experience.
