Recently i visited @broasthouseI tried their red chilli flavor broast ...the crispiness of outer layer of broast and flavour injected inside was so delicious and tempting plus the sauce served with was delightful .Recommended

Broast House - ReviewWhile living in Saudi Arabia I would often travel 100s of kms for good food, often to Albaik in Makkah or Happyland broast in Khobar, often hopped border to Bahrain for Irani Chops & Yakhni, or to Riyadh for Shawarma by Alnafoura, or to Khobar for best Kabsa by Shawati Alkhakeej. However, the quest for good food & travelling for it lasted since I came back Pakistan last year..Recently, I was told Broast House in Wapda town brought Saudi style broast recipe & I went to try it & came out with tears of happiness that brought all those happy memories back.Broast - crispy skin, spicy broast with spices marinated deep, that you can feel penetrated spices until the deepest bite and not just a spicy crust only. It wasnt oily at all. Although a spicy aftertaste that was neutralized with accompanying french fries & bun.French Fries were soft, thick, dry & not soggy at all, appropriately salted, & perfect to accompany the broast and to my taste..Thom - Garlic Mayo Sauce, the most important part of a Saudi style broast. Thom was just perfect, appropriately thick, nonrunny, not too dominating garlic or lemon zing, just the perfect blend in both texture and taste.Other sauces included the Albaik style cocktail sauce & mint mayo garlic sauce, which were again very good.Tikka Burger, I wish it was a fillet burger..Conclusion - I wouldnt compare it with Albaik, it would be silly of me, but I @faisaljq would surely recommend this broast as it did justice to Saudi style broast. I just visited The Broast House newly opened at Wapda Town..Come to the food they served ️ : Fries and nuggets:- Golden, Crunchy and aromatic fries and nuggets. What else man?   A perfect start. Well they need to work on their sauces because that was not the yumiest ones..Half Broast :- Two pieces of finely cooked, juicy, Tendered and oil free Chicken pieces served with bun and fries in a small wooden Basket. Ho gaya na phir Hen N Bun dono? I must recommend this broast..Taste : 9/10Ambiance : 7/10Service : 8/10.Highly Recommended
