Getting a passport was never so easy. Thanks to the new computerized system now in place since last many years.Gone are those days when people seek services of agents standing outside passport offices. The process is very easy and straight forward now.If you are looking to get your first passport or renew your passport, just go to any National Bank branch. Collect Challan Form for passport and deposit fee.Take the fee deposit slip along with your original ID card and your previous passport (in case of renewal) to your nearest Passport office and just follow the instructions inside the office.My experience at this office was very good and I did not face any difficulty whatsoever. The staff is competent and know their job very well.

I had a very good experience here even though I was pretty afraid before coming here. The process is sleek and easy. Office staff try their best to keep everything well managed. Had 15 people ahead of me in the line and It took me a total of 45 minutes in getting a new passport registered. Didnt see anyone bribing anyone. The interview officer (very politely) asked me a few questions about my work/job etc and thats it! I was done with the process. For all of those anxious about the experience here should know that its not bad at all. Make sure you reach here by 9 AM as I did. Also make sure you come here prepared with all the documents required, check dgip.gov.pk for documentation. I really appreciate the efforts made by passport office staff. Keep up the good work.

Very organized and systematic. No bribe and just wait for your turn.

Really nice and helpful staff. Although there is a lot of crowd but still the staff pays heed to all the questions and guides you throughout the process. It is recommended to come early to save time. Also no need to look for any agent, just pay your fee in the bank nearby and go to the counter to start the application process.

This passport office doing well the job they free the applicant very quickly its my personal experience also near shadmaan market you can buy everything you need. There hospital is just walking distance

The staff is great than before

This is Passport office shifted from Ebott Road Lahore . Although its a regional Passport office but facilities there are very bad . You have wait in long lines ( maybe 2 to 3 hours easily ) and fans even dont work . The internal people take on their people without any entry . There Should be tokens instead of everyone stand in line . Nobody cares if you are old ,women or child .Very bad service .

Passport office abbot road change from to scholars college near shadman under pass and Askari bank branch.national bank is for away near jail road for deposit passport fee. There is no parking area and very conjusted place for this office. May be it will ordinary replacement and will changed again to proper place because there is terrorist court and very highly speed double way under pass of shadman also there is no zebra crossing for pedisterions to cross the speedy road. Previous office is very suitable able for applicants.

Deposit fees at National Bank of Pakistan at Regal Chowk Mall Road. The bank is far away from the office which is inconvenient.

The staff behavior is very nice they guide properly. Perfect and clean place

That’s the new regional passport office as the old one on Abbott road is closed for now. Hopefully temporarily.This office is just not made for purpose. The desks are not enough, the space is limited, and like other most of the govt setups the staff is just too rude to the public. Other than that service is way too slow. The mention 10 working days for normal passport but it takes up to 3 weeks.

Everyone is cooperative here.Office timing is as follow:9am to 2pm (Monday-Thursday)9am to 12pm(Friday)Saturday-Sunday off

Needs to improve processing time as its very slow and Waiting Hall is just ridiculous.

The attitude of staff is very bad, very unprofessional and impudent staff, treat peoples very badly and rude behavior even with disable persons.

Systems are down for past 1 hour.People are waiting in lines
