This place has been shut down do not go there and this is not manawan center.

After a make a holiday/skip from my office, I reached there search them and finally a Wardan told me that they have moved to a new location which is Arfa Kareem Tower also known as IT tower near Ittefaq hospital

The test is very hard , memorise all these signs

Its a good center for getting driving license.... although one guy told me what signs policeman were asking n they were very tough signs to explain.... it was a tough test thank to that guy who told us those sign n i got my license in April 2015 without any sifarish...

As of this review l, I am told from Gulberg licence office that this center at tohkar is again reopened. I dont know why they list phone numbers when they will never answer for enquires.

I would like to know what documents are required to get the learner license?

Driving test are taken at this location. However we got our license thats enough..

All lahore driving tests are conducted here, ltv and HTV also ...
