The representatives are very professional and help you out in all legal maters. Also they are hardworking and process the task quickly and professional way. There are also option for Photocopy machine inside the office. The Corporate office is neat and clean. This office for not for everyone but the people who own the residential or Commerical plot in Bahria Orchard.

Good place. Have a lot of facilities.But workers are very slow.There are so many bills for small things from plot registration to constructing a house.So many formalities to be done.

Not a pleasant experience visiting Bahria Customer Care Office especially in COVID-19 situation as there is no social distancing and precautionary measures. Expect whole day standing in queue, for taking possession or transfer, going from one counter to another, photocopying, payments and also wait for one hour break time from 1pm to 2pm. No respect for senior citizens. Any assistance with senior citizen is also not allowed if he/she is the owner. What if old people cant read, write or handle internal chaos there is no help or assistance provided. Moreover, very rude staff, no mobile allowed so you cannot share or text about whats going inside as they are above law.

Staff is not well trained . They dont guide properly. It seems that we are guiding them what to do and how to do .. they are blank that the didnt know any thing.

While entering the building, you have to submit your mobile phones and ID Card. And you have to pass from two walk through gates and they body-search you very badly. On entering the building you should ready to face very poor customer service with bad attitude. They doesnt know how to deals properly with their customers. And finally you will be surprised, when they asked you Rs.10 for each photocopy. hahahaha :D

Clove Restaurant in the corporate office is an excellent addition for food lovers

It is a generous office of Bahria Town Lahore, exclusive and owned. Most of the offices are here. It has a small restaurant with it and many other facilities.

Office is far away from central lahore. No clear instruction. Unnecessarily long process... Poor customer support (bad attitude). Staff is lazy and slow. Unprofessional. But sitting arrangements are better. Interior design of the building is remarkable. There is a Clove restaurant which service is poor. Staff (lazy, sleepy). They took the office so far away from Central Lahore that for normal people its a big hassle just to get there. There are loads of signs but not clear if its your first time following it. Ask people rather than relaying on them to not miss a turn. The office itself is just as good as it was on Mall Road, just an hour drive from gulberg.

The service is too slow and pathetic. I went with my friend, he wanted to alter the design of his house and it took hours to get the work done which shouldnt have taken more than 15 minutes.
