Visited KFC Johar Town Branch two days back to curb the late night cravings. It was late night and most of the tables were empty, and couple of tables were occupied by families. I must say that the Joharr Town branch of KFC is neat and clean and very well maintained, unlike their Barkat Market branch. We Bought zingers and fries. Salted fries were good but to my surprise the zinger was a bit spicy. I took some pictures there which I am sharing with you guys.

This is at a very busy place in Johor Town, main Blvd.The food is as per KFC standard, hot from the fryer. The fry’s are crispy and dry, without any oil. The burgers are fresh, with the soft drinks, ice cold.The serving time is very quick and you don’t have to wait for a little.The dining hall at ground floor has enough space for a small sized gathering but the hall upstairs is quiet big for bigger parties.The washrooms are neat and clean.Overall it’s is a very good experience and the restaurant is up-to the international KFC standard.I would strongly recommend this outlet for couples, singles, students and families with small children.

Very nice place, nice meal, fresh and hot. Insider is a full space and on upper portion you got family sitting and play area for children. Parking issue outside however rest is all good.

So I tried this KFC first time in Pakistan after eating in KSA. Now taste was not very bad but Service and that lady in counter was so rude. It felt like that I am in small restaurant. This will be better if they replace there staff with someone that have some ethics. And secondly we ordered KFC Family Bucket which comes with two salad, large fries, four drinks and nine pieces chicken. Salad was too low in like someone have eaten it and fries were also not large and they serve ketchups of Knorr. They dont have there own ketchup of KFC. The one thing which I liked was there Ambiance and nothing else.

Restaurant is well located on the main road near Shaukat Khanum Hospital. Staff is very friendly and caring. They usually sanitize the table and the chairs as the guest leaves. Food quality is as per the KFC standards. They have two floors for seating. Play area is closed due to Covid. Parking is a bit of issue in Rush days. You can park on the service Road.

Slow service but carry good attitude. Reminds of sloths character from the film zootopia.

It was a rip off. I ordered 1 mingle bucket. Only 5 small wings in a VERY big bucket. Also a bucket FULL of fries. It looks like I ordered fries with a little bit of wings on the side. Cmon kfc u need to fix your quantities.

KFC is a place we always loved. Be it kids or other family members it used to be our favourite place but since last couple of years KFC has really lower their standards as far as taste and hygiene is concerned. No standard taste as every branch has got different taste , sometimes the food is fresh but mostly these days its NOT. Please look into this matter as KFC is only trying to stay in market by introducing cheap deals .

Needs to really work hard on service quality. They were completely overwhelmed with tge routine weekend rush. Fresh items were burnt and overcooked while drinks were warm and instead of regular cups 200 ml bottles were given. Not recommended at all.

Due to covid 19 dining is not allowed in any restaurant in Lahore. This particular KFC doesnt have a drive through but their staff takes orders while you are parked outside the restaurant. You are not allowed to go inside the restaurant to place any order. Instead the staff takes orders & delivers to you outside. Plus you can order for home delivery any time.

Staff is rude we asked 3 times to swtich on AC as we sat in first floor staff responded really rudely acha, challa detey hein we sat and ate for long time.They switched on music instead of AC i wonder if it could help us to SETTLE temperarure.Really worst experience.Sorry

So, this kfc outlet is decent in food taste. It lacks service quality like speed and sadly they dont deliver to Valancia society. The outlet is usually not so crowded. They do serve during Ramadan by the time of sehri. They also have Ramadan meal deals too and are good economically. The parking area is limited and can accommodate max three cars at a time. The area around the outlet front isnt spacious enough for nearby parking. Its the only outlet closest to the people living further down to wapda Town.

KFC is always known to provide with best meals and deals. They’re fast in delivering hot food. Being the pioneer of Zinger, the offered zinger in burgees as well as Zinger strips. However like most of the chains, the burgers are fairly small in size with being only 4-5 bites at max. Even their mighty ones fail to satisfy the hunger.This outlet is very neatly built and kept spick n span. It’s spacious with multiple options of seating including high bar stools and comfy sofas.I give them four stars because of the coffee. It’s really bad. Way below average. Though they’re not known for it but still can maintain some level and bring the taste a bit up.

This is one of the worst branches of KFC in Lahore. They dont train or manage their riders.Last night I placed an order at 1am that I recieved at 4am which was messed up in itself. But just when I thought that was the worst that could happen, it got even worse. The rider came, gave me an incomplete order and took money for the whole order didnt even give the change and left. I tried contacting KFC but they have done nothing till now and I dont think they will either. They STEAL your money giving you incomplete orders.Keep that in mind next time you order because your money is halal and hard earned. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Lovely place with delicious fresh chicken and superb taste which is mind blowing. Even after so many years their taste is still the same and delicious. The play area is a bit smelly but clean. The sitting area is wonderful with great ambience. Parking is a bit had to get rest a nice spot to hang out with the family and friends.

This has to be the worst KFC throughout Lahore. The usual serving time is around 45 minutes, and they couldnt care less about what the customer is asking them. Even though after constant request of not adding a specific ingredient due to allergic reactions, it was added in the burger. The employees arent willing to listen, even the manager wouldnt care of anything.

Fresh food fast delivery.

Its was my first experience but it was extremely bad. Beacuse i told them i want a deal which was recently started and it was just available on take away or driv thru. They replyed me that you can order online or through food panda. They didnt want or try to understand that what I was asking.

Always a horrible experience.. Takes about 40 mins to get your food on a good day, the staff uses bare hands to pick up food and the quality of food has gone downhill with the fries always burnt and the chicken not fresh.

KFC is s good fast food restaurant, perhaps the pioneer of the zinger burgers. Quick service and good food. With neat n clean innovated play area for the kids and good family crowds.

Taking my Siblings to KFC was one of the good plan which was due from very long time. We had a yummy MAC Chicken Burgers along with fries and drinks. Also ordered rice and chicken bowl. Overall taste was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Good experience. Totally recommended.

It took me 10 minutes to order.Then the main part started they said you have to wait for 20 minutes after taking cash.it was horrible waiting. And there was no excuse. Very poor service and worst management. After long time I visited KFC in Pakistan. It look very bad in an international food chain we face such service.
