Love their food. The ambience is great. theres plenty of room for families to sit & have a great meal together. The staff is very responsive and hospitable. Order arrived on time, well cooked and hot. Other than Mm alam branch, this ones definitely worth a try if youre roaming around in DHA Y block.

The serving staff was not attentive, does not give a warm welcome.Resturant does over charging in Sales Tax when you pay by credit card, 16% instead of 5%.We ordered full chicken with mild spice level, the chicken served cold, seems food remained u served after cooking. In side lines rice were also cold, only fries looked fresh.In short service and food quality both remains below expectation.

Love their hot sauce. Every thing tastes good with it. Peri bites and Espetada are really good too. Drinks are not that special.

I wish I could give Nandos even more stars. This has always been one of our favorite places to dine, but since covid, we did not know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised attending for the first time since lockdown. Im not an easy person to satisfy but I visited the south Ruislip branch and felt completely safe and comfortable. I was really nervous about eating out before, but genuinely the customer service was amazing. They have put really good measures in place, and everything still looks amazingly presentable. From the moment we arrived the staff members told us how to book our table before entering the building. We then got a text to say our table was ready and ordered from the table. We were given table service, and the staff was extremely careful. You definitely must check it out. I honestly could not fault this place. They have gone above and beyond. Well done.You must try every food here. And the sauces they provide must be tasted again and again. Looking forward to visiting in Lahore and other branches worldwide to feel the difference in taste continental wise. Keep up the good standard as always.

Food quality was good and fresh but not a value for money.

The good thing about Nandos is that the chicken tastes so good and you can make it spicy using the Peri Peri sauce.

The atmosphere was good, chilly as well. We ordered appetizer hummus, wasnt what Ive had in gulf so was disappointed. Ordered a platter with peri peri fries, grilled veg, spicy rice, coleslaw. Spicy rice wasnt up to the mark. The chicken of the platter was pretty good, juicy and savoury. Overall Id give this place a 7/10.

It was good. Not a fan of their sauces though, the very thing which they claim to be their distinctive feature.

Bad food and bad service(Everytime)Two weeks ago on saturday we (5 persons) ordered 4 whole chickens for take away, they gave us our package with smiling face. But when we reached home its over cooked and have burning smell and without any sauce (I repeat no sauce means no juicy at all)And we start eating it by assuming it mehngay wala Dry Yasir BroastSo shameful for nandos

Food taste was same ad youd expect from Nandos. Served hot and on time. Dine in is not allowed during these lockdown days so ordered and took delivery outside the restaurant.

Nandos is the place, I blindly recommend to anyone. I love thet peri bites and sauces. My love for spices and spicy food can only be handled by nandos.

The chicken was good but not very impressive. The taste was a bit dry but the sauces were good. It could have used more salt. The taste aside, ambiance was good and the service was also very good and efficient.

Its very ordinary chicken...nothing special in taste...neither it is for those on a diet who would want Air fried chips or air fried meat...

Nandos is a very good place to have some top quality chicken and salads.I like it, the kids like it.Quantities are sumptuous.One can see live cooking.Freshness is guaranteed.Some really spicy chicken eating people will be happy to visit this place.They serve almost everything for everyone.

Nothing is really special except the peri peri bits. They are to die for. Other than that the rest of the menu is okish.

Customer service was not up to standards in my case, and the chicken they served had a smell that indicated it to be quite a few days old

I mean the food there has a very distinct flavor which pretty much every BBQ lover or fast food lover will love. They have a great variety and it gives up to mark satisfaction. However a little pricy for the quantidy served.

Always love the chicken, fries and corn from here! Perinaisse and Peri Peri salt goes great with the fries love the endless drink option and the variety of sauces on the side for every spice level! Always have a good time when dining in here cant wait to come back! Sandwiches taste great as well

Staff doesnt know how to handle guests when its crowded. Our food was served after 35 mins and three tranches. Surprising it was cooked in hurry so the outer side was well-done and checiken from inside wasnt cooked properly. Very disappointing & poor service and taste as compared to international franchises.

As usual the taste was good, its expensive that is there however the taste and the quality is still maintained. one thing if you are going there on Fridays or the weekend then be there before time as they dont do the reservation and usually you have to wait for good 15 20 minutes for seating however food preparation time is not a lot

Extremely bad service. Made use wait 20 mins for a sitting even though we had called ahead. Took our order after requesting five times. Sitting is below average. Personally not a fan of peri peri either.
