Not good at all. The truth is that the only good KFC outlet that Ive seen in Pakistan is in peshawar. The quality of food, the staff and everything else is just amazing there. In Lahore, KFC outlets are so bad that these places cannot run long like this. They have to change the behaviour of their staff, their guards. And they have to improve the cleanliness, the main thing is that they have to improve their cooking skills. Their cooks are so pathetic and bad in Lahore that it is just embarrassing for me to eat that food. Disgusting.

Dont go there on bike because guard will start misbehaving and treat you in an extreme bad way. He will let you to go inside without mask if you go there on some car or you are a female. Many people inside were not wearing masks but guard use dirty and vulgar language only because we visit there on a bike ... They dont actually teach their staff some manners to behave with customers.

Its just okay. They needs to improve thier service quality and serve fresh food.

I dont know why KFC is losing its grip on the quality of food. I used to love the fried chicken but for many times, i m given the food which was not fresh. The crisp of the chicken dies when its not fresh. I miss that taste

This branch is located outside the race course park. Those visiting the park are recommended to visit this branch. Dinning area is peaceful. Food is good. We ordered Hot wings, along with drinks. They served us quickly.

The guard standing outside is extremely rude and misbehave. He allow people to go inside without wearing mask if they are coming on a car. If you visit on motorcycle he will not allow you to enter without mask and starting using dirty and vulgar language. Many people inside were not wearing masks but guard allowed them because they come on car. The guard use dirty Punjabi words ...

Good place for a quick, hygienic and usual KFC pattern hospitality. Place is quite small so the seating is quite weird. Serving and ordering is done at the ground floor with few seats on ground and more on the second floor. Parking is quite tricky here. Since this place is more visited by Adjoining hospital staff and few KC students so not much a problem.Nice place but not so great.

The same taste, friendly staff, overall KFC is a bit over priced as they have good competition now. They should consider this.

Used to spend a lot of time over here. Some of the staff members are really good and some of them dont even greet you well but thats not compulsory, but these small things really effect your regular customers.
