Customer Service is too bad theres was lady I just went to get the new sim but she was too busy in Daal Chawal that she didnt showed me the number that I wanted to have I wanted to get custom number but she said I have checked it isnt available than I went to another franchise I got the number I wanted.Overall the staff behavior is not professional they even dont know how to speak to customers

Its Good that Ufone franchise is here but staff is unprofessional even to issue only 1 sim they takes more than half hours.

They cant issue you the sim. You have to visit to the main branch for post paid issues.

Uphone service center is hub of customer service for Uphone clients it is situated near kotha pind stop. SIM card devices and services can be purchased from here. Here are 04 counters for customer service. Customer service agents are polite, ready to help, knowledgeable and hardworking. Our experience here was good as guard welcomes us on the door and as we enter person on token machine greet us and ask about required services and give us a token. We wait for our turn for almost 5 minutes and then proceed to the counter and got thing done. Overall experience was good.

Only visit them if you are in dire need. Their staff is not professional. They treat you with vinegar in the mouth and an utter contempt. Their contemptuous behavior is not bearable at all.
