The shoes tore off from base within 3 months when i visited outlet they simply said we cannot replace it or repair it if we are spending a handsome amount then we should get proper claim.never gona buy reebook again.

Love the store experience in packages mall. Got really good shoes at a discount. Definitely would like to visit for additional sales. As a brand, the store has a sharper outlook than other shoe brands in the vicinity. Staff is courteous although a little underwhelming in response during sales

I purchased jogger shoes for Rs. 9,900, from Reebok store located in the Packages Mall, Lahore. After a few days of walking in them the left foot big toe got bruised and infected due to the abrasive sewing located on top of the big toe. I returned the shoes to the shop for adjustment on within the two weeks exchange period. The sales person was apprised of the problem, as it was only in the left shoe, and the right shoe was alright. After about 15 days the shop informed me that their Regional Sales Manager believes that there is nothing wrong with the shoe, though the abrasive stitching is apparent in the left shoe but not in the right shoe. Reebok Regional Sales Manager, Lahore has declined my claim to neither exchange the shoe or issue a refund. Do NOT expect an exchange or refund from Reebok if you have an issue with an item as they do not honor their warranty.
