Stupid service and worst customer care center. Not recommended at all.

They do not behave like professional they just said that the company is not making the parts of their mobile i7i.I dislike the center.

Q mobile is one of the worst mobile brand. It provides us very bad specifications. No matter the prices are cheap. Infinix brand can easily compete and beat this brand because they provide us very good specs at unbelievable low rates.

QMobile Customer Care Center, Actually it is situated at Latif Center not a Hafeez Center, They take long time for repairing of customers Devices.

Not a satisfying company the Qmobile is. The customer care centers dont offer any kind of quick service to their costumes if you wanna get your handset repaired youll have to wait for 15 days to get it delivered back to the costumer care center after repair. Its quite annoying that sometimes they fix a thing the other thing goes wrong.

Got my phone back after 30-45 minsAfter they updated software.Without any charges because of warranty.I was really amazed

Poor customer service and zero satisfaction. Never ever in my entire life, I will make this mistake again to buy Qmobile. Its been 2 months, I bought M95 and every next week have to go to customer service but just time, energy and money wasted.

No body picking up phone or if someone picks then relevant staff is absent

They take a long time for simple repairs. Some time it can take oven a month. The office is a little small as the place is almost always crowded. Come early to have a chance of repairing your phone.

Very poor quality. Sudan after warranty expired system got virus and no solution with customer center. Waste a lot time, money and energy. I share my worst experience for buy Q Mobile and Extreme poor dealing with customer at service center. Pl never ever think about purchase Q.Mobile.

This is my 2nd and last time for purchasing Q mob i purchase QS 1 . Same error when you open 2 to 3 apps it hanged to death. and most of it after reset the phone the same error occores. I Strongly ask to my friends never and ever purchase this bullshit.
