Fast, easy, efficient repair. Pretty cheap too compared to going through local repair shop. Same day repair was awesome. I’d recommend them for any Techno mobile repair they’re really good engineers. (Repaired my mobile 5s charging port and it works like a charm!) Their office location is a little confusing but if you see the kinda corporate looking building at their address just go to the correct floor and walk down the hall to get there.

They offered good service. I went there to service my mobile. The experienced technician resolved the issue. The front staff took my details and asked to wait for the technician.I had to wait for few minutes to get the allotted technician to check my mobile. Replace mobile cracked LCD and they did it with a fair price and great turn around time. They confirmed the problem with me and told me how long it would take. returned in 30 mins later. Such a smooth process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I took new phone which was faulty. So, I claimed warranty within the first 7 days and they provided me the same new phone which is working great so far now. Great management and all. Its just a bit time taking process and you have to call them yourself for confirmation of your phone return. They dont call you which is a bit iritating. Because you dont know when the phone will be ok, they know.Otherwise its good.

Good but waiting time to much

Three to four times i have to visit this carlcare and found it a useless service provider for INFINIX. I do not know this carlcare is in favor of INFINIX or against it. Once i visited carlcare year before for charger of Infinix note 4 pro charger and i visited 3 times and they did not have the charger neither they provide any assurity that they will arrange it. One of a person from Infinix club arranged for me. May Allah grant him success! But this carlcare did not left any hope to keep using my infinix.Secondly, month before i visited carlcare two times to repair my notes charging jack. They said we dont have its parts. We will order it but first submit your phone with Death Certificate, Data Certificate then we will repair it in almost one week. 15 min of work is to be done in almost one week. And for charging jack they need warranty of death and data lost. This is really pathetic to hear such demands from the only carlcare in lahore. Resultantly i have to repair the charging jack from a local shop by repairing the old charging jack with a new chinese one in 1500Rs. I kept my mobile off for almost 3 weeks due to charging issue and had to brought spare mobile. These Infinix mobiles are disposable in Pakistan. Just use it till it is working and put in garbage as it start making problems of even charging jack.

In Lahore its a service center for Infinix Mobiles. Here you can claim your infinex set warranty , spare parts are also available on reasonable prices. Some kind of accessories like mobile charger, hand free, data cable, charging cable of infinix / others brands are also available.Over all service center staff is cooperative and friendly, normally they try to fix your mobile problem at same visit.
