Normally its good when i was using it in Rawalpindi but in Lahore here my experience was very bad, it took almost 2 weeks to find my parcel shipped from Rawalpindi. There is no body to properly take responsibility nor the staff care for your concerns.

Started as good service but did not maintain their standard.Cargo mismanagement is norm now.Sometimes hard to find our packageI find system issues more often now.
