Very poor services, dont get your car ruined by having their services... As last week, I visited this place for getting my car detailed with Ceramic coating, the owner of the business, Mr. Usman guided me through steps and we had a deal, I left my car on Friday morning around 9:30 am at the workshop for detailing and ceramic coating that is process of nearly 6-8 hours and then car needs to be away from dust and water for minimum of 12-18 hours to settle down for optimum results... So 24 hours are enough for this whole process, at the start he asked me that you can get your car at friday night (same day), I asked for settling time of ceramic coating and then he said okay you can have it next day (Saturday) at 4 pm, I said its fine with me, but as expected next day, he said due to some issues, we have not yet completed detailing, well try our best to do it by tonight and you can get your car by 8pm on Saturday... Well again it delayed and he said you can ge it by 2pm on Sunday but yet again it was not completed and delayed the final delivery at 8pm on Sunday... Now coming towards services, it were very unprofessional as it was clear that car was cleaned and all work was done in a hurry, there was no proper and thorough cleaning done, paint correction was not done, there were marks of dust and other things that were not cleaned and removed even after complete detailing... There was no iron decontamination process done, claybar treatment was not done, compound for paint cutting was missed from roof, bumpers, fenders and there were bruises on handles of the car caused by an unprofessional detailing staff and unprofessional handling of DA polisher, it clearly showed that there was no use of tape by the staff to cover up edges, handles, lights corner etc., the car was not cleaned enough as there were dust in rubbers of doors and other spots too, the car had some plastic of paris stuck at bottom panel on left side which was not removed after detailing and paint cutting, showing clearly that these parts were not handled in paint cutting or compounding... As I highlighted such things, the owner of the business argued that our staff has not mishandled the grinder, all of these paint bruises were there already... And this list goes on, so in short, services were really poor and there is very low hydrophobic effect and shine of the car isnt as expected after detailing and ceramic coating... services rating 1/10
