Good service i bought new car from sahara motors.

Recently i visited Here For Booking Of My New Toyota Fortuner Petrol. So their sales manager Mr Shoaib Khan is very good person they deal us with great care. Also they favour us For Booking Our Vehicle. He is good man... I prefer him for Buying or Booking New Toyota Vehicles.

I went there for my cars maintenance today. The place is congested, improperly trained maintenance staff. I would suggest them to adopt more professional approach and a little bit of customer care (which they lack the most).

Reasonable service. Dealerships need to think out of the box to attract customers.

Honestly impressed by the setup they have here for maintenance of not only Toyota but other manufacturer cars. I was in and out within 15 minutes of my arrival. Pretty well organized, a lot of parking space and customer service is actually nice for once.

Its a 3S Toyota motors, its great for buying car but recently they have started to force people to buy insurance, tracker or any other thing from them if you want to books a car. Thats on top of getting the car registered through them which is fine as thats a standard requirement for all Toyota dealerships in Lahore.The parts are expensive here, and I mean really expensive. But that you would expect from a certified Toyota parts shop, they got certified to make more money though they do suggest you buy few parts from outside if they are friendly enough with you.Workshop is typical certified workshop story. They can do the basic stuff well but once you have a minor problem deeper in the engine, they will fail. Not only that they dont have specs of Corolla cars they have sold in the past. I asked them about the amount of current that should flow in one of the main circuits but they didnt knew a thing. No manuals or books to fall back to. Just hit an try then told me to replace my complete engine costing more than 150k. Got the car fixed from outside for 3k and its been fine since.

Good place for the maintenance of your car

I am not impressed. Bought GLI 1.3 which has two issues to be solved yet. Staff does not even ask for a cup of tea however espresso machine is installed by CS department. Play area for kids is not kept clean. Overall services are not upto the mark if I compare with my experience at toyota walton in 2015
