I m fully satisfied specialy Mr Farhans dealing is very good and.he has more experience toward this profession.

My experience is very bad with regard to workshop staff, they need training, Despite charging heavy labour, they did not honor their commitment. Supervisor was also showing irresponsible behavior. I do not recommend anybody to visit their workshop.

I used to visit Suzuki Motor House, the Mall Road, Lahore first time. It was an awesome experience especially Mr. Awais, the Manager of the workshop is happy ghly cooperative, professional and honest person.

Customers pay high prices for their vehicle repairs but still not get satisfied.Incases when you claim the car in insurance, they have a specific response that parts are not available whether its a back screen, headlight, wind screen of suzuki mehran they always say that suzuki company has stopped the production of the parts and they are not sure when the part will be available.It is highly recommended that you use sethi motors and Khalid motors. I have felt there services are better than motor house.

A very bad experience of purchasing as well as service. The employees including customer sales manager makes commitments but doesnt fulfill them. I trusted them even then I took my car for maintenance and they gave me a bad quality air filter. I was told this my a mechanic In Suzuki Mini Motors and he also told me the points to check a genuine product of Suzuki. THE MOST WORST DEALER IN LAHORE. I will suggest Suzuki Mini Motors, Sethi Motors, Raiwind Motors and Samanabad Motors.

I should not even give them 1 star. Their systems of working and moving forward with customer is so slow, painful and unprofessional that Im amazed how do their business survived so far. What a slow system and selfish and careless behaviour of staff in dealing customers on phone. When you are in front of them then they have fake and meaningless smiles on their faces and when you go away, their objective is fulfilled. I have made mistake to purchase Suzuki wagon R from Motor House Mall Road, and now 3 weeks have passed to date that is 12.09.2017, I am unable to get Number Plates and documents and my car is parked in house for more than 3 weeks.Instead of following me up by dealership like other companies do, i am constantly following them on every day basis and every time I receive the same answer that please check and ask us in evening or we will tell you and in evening it is told please contact tomorrow. What a none sense and stupid people are out there.
