Workshop and front office looks fine. Female staff was very helpful but the male staff was very slow and almost non helping attitude. Guards looked at everyone like dacoits had come to buy or get the service of the car done

Sportage interior is a bit better than the Hyundai Tucson. The build quality of both are almost similar, but the finishing of Sportage is better.

Picanto a huge disappointment was expecting some good tec and price but again disappointed

Poor service and high work load with less manpower

I was made to sit half an hour at the reception to deliver my car for service while the receptionist kept on doing some previous paper work. Ultimately I had to leave without any acknowledgement of my vehicle taken inside. Under warranty claim I had reported problems in wheel alignment after two days of delivery which have still not been resolved or even detected and the dealership has continued to give excuses. They are only good for washing cars. I will surely be reporting this pathetic service to KIA International.

Just enjoyed the test drive of new KIA Sportage.....loved it. The variant with higher specs is lovely. Still...prices need to be controlled to ensure higher sales in corporate sector. The beauty has the potential to roar....

Kia Picanto, Hudge disappointment, KIA lost an opportunity to capture pakistan auto market.This could have been a game changer if price range between 13-15 lacs.KIA is comparing itself with suzuki cultus, which i think is a mistake. after spending 20 lacs what u get is 2 gen car, city is far more better with just a difference of 2.5 lacs.i think KIA should review its price, otherwise its hard to sell even 1000 units of this car.pathetic strategy and planning.now we are focused towards hyundai and renault.bye bye KIA

Kia Motors Corporation in Pakistan is a good addition in the competitive automotive market. Kia Pakistan should focus on equivalent models to Toyota and Honda. There is no doubt Kia would make its place within a very short time. I work in Kia dealership in Kuwait and have seen Kia progressing since 1997. It is great to have KIA in Pakistan. I would personally like to buy and drive Kia Sportage or Optima in Pakistan.

Visited Kia Dealership at Township. Went to see Carnival & Sportage. Was assisted by their sales girl Iqra. She was very helpful & professional. The cars have great build quality. Carnival is LX 4.2 Million & EX 5.2 Million. The best family vehicle Pakistan can offer. Sportage was also exceptionally beautiful but without a spice tag

Worst services ever, phone keeps on ringing and after 2-3 calls they make the phone busy. Have been trying for 3 days. And all 5 stars are by the KIA lahore employees.

Kia has entered in pakistani market with automobiles that are meant to give good competition to other companies like suzuki and honda. They have introduced 3 cars initially with good build quality fully automatic transmissions at very low price range as compare to others like suzuki who have been fooling us for decades. Best of luck kia motors. And welcome to Pakistan. Salute to south korean manufacturers.
