Great hospital great Doctots great service responsible fee , neat and clean service

Visited hospital today. A very small parking in front of hospital is available with applied parking fee of 20 rupees for car. Hospital is surrounded by two side roads.Right side road is full of workshops and a market which goes deep towards back.The next road on left side of hospital has another parking for doctors and is piled up with garbage.The entrance is usual with small pavement for wheel chairs. Just upon entrance ,a reception desk can be seen on right side.There is a putrified smell In entrance hall which increases as one moves to the fist floor and second floor.The General cleanliness is Neglected.most of hospital corners were piles up with old equipment and broken beds. wards entrances show ignorance and Neglect with No doors as such at some places.people were moving freely between wards and other rooms.so there is no wonder if patients have higher mortality rate after surgery.The Hospital is so said to be a charity Hospital but situation is dangerously bad.

The Hospital provide 24 hours service. For emergency you have to buy a token first and wait for you turn.Average quality with limited staff and patient capacity.

Highly professional staff and qualified doctors but very difficult to get appointments. Capacity should be increased to facilitate patients coming from remotely situated cities. جزاك الله

Took my wife today in emergency and I can say it was one of my worst experiences. First the reception person sent us to doctors room. They again sent to other room to check blood pressure. Now imagine the patient in emergency and unable to walk going like football from place to another. A novice was sitting there wearing a white coat, dont know what he was, and unable to check the right BP. Then sent to doctor room. Then she again asked to go to ward for injection. Then from there went again to doctor room. Then she sent to female ward again for another injection. And so on. In the end she was unable to diagnose the cause of swear pain in shoulder, neck and head. It was so excruciating u cant imagine. Always go to a proper hospital.

It is a good welfare hospital.

A good hospital for the general public, they offer low rates to the deserving patients. If you would like to apply for a lower charging rate then you will have to apply for it. Simply good to the reception and tell them that you would want to request for financial aid. They will conduct a research and see if you are deserving patient. Once approved, they will offer 10 to 50% lower charges using their Zakat funds. Be sure to apply for it in advance or right after a treatment is recommended by the doctor.

3 stars only because of the Laboratory and the availability of qualified general and childrens doctors in emergency ward. Other than that, poor poor service.

No proper medical care especially in pediatrics wards not recommended at all

Some doctors like Dr. Naveed Dr. Ahmed Gardezvi are so excellent in their profession. Some are just average. But as far as staff is concern, nurse, receptionist, they have a very poor behavior with patients.

Some specialist doctors are very famous of this hospital. There is no proper facilities in emergency. In case of emergency you will not go this hospital.
