Kind of unorganized departments, slow staff.. surprisingly peoples stuff was lying on floor unattended, anyone can easily pick anybodys bag and walk out.

No doubt Daewoo is one of the Finest Transport service in Pakistan. They really maintained thier Name during Years of service. Daewoo DHA terminals Is Very Great Step by Daewoo. Helping Lots of people To travel from their Doorstep. Adding Cargo services Is something Very Great. Very Decent Staff On the Spot. Neat and clean Place.

Limited routes but useful for DHA n surrounded population

Good addition and only convenient option for residents of South part of Lahore. The bus takes entry from Ravi road and keep running on ring road to approach directly DHA terminal which is the only stop of this bus which was routed specifically to this terminal. Only few buses are routed for this terminal where as most buses terminal of approach is Thokar Niaz Baig.

It is really beneficial for the residents of DHA and adjoining areas. It is mostly used for cargo services. Only buses to Rawalpindi /Islamabad operate from this terminal. People who want to receive and send courier could greatly take advantage from this terminal.

This was a much better terminal a year ago but due to poor maintenance the standard of Daewoo service is lowering down much because of more business instead of improvement

Went Daewoo Cargo Booking DHA at 9.15 pm and Kalma Chowk at 10.10 pm and found no one front end person wearing the mask.Daewoo,being a flagship company should care to implement SOPs.

Its not a terminal any more, its only a cargo pick up point now.

There is no concept of line or social distancing while waiting for your cargo collection or booking. Had to warn other customers and the booking clerk to wear mask. To spend Couple of minutes in a containerized office was awful

If you live in or near DHA and your guests are coming from Islamabad or you are planning to travel to Islamabad, then this terminal has few bus timings available. You pay a little extra for the bus ticket though. You can also get your shipments delivered to this terminal. Since, there isnt a large number of bus timings from this terminal , this place does not get as crowded and you get lots of space to park your vehicle.

Very pathetic experience, 30 mins late bus arrival and after that shifted another bus. While asking for refreshment box they asked its not enter in ticket. No one told that about this time of ticket purchase and never happened before everytine when you travel they serve box. Very pathetic customer services even no one picking up the call on helpline. This is not about the food this is all about the experience. Charged 1400 from Pindi to lhr

Worst terminal ever, not even a canteen, uncomfortable for disabled people, and no place to sit !

The terminal is a very basic room, nothing to write about, but the Daewoo service is efficient and reliable.

A good place with very roomy waiting area. The washrooms are clean as well. The overall service is excellent. But I have one complaint. The prices of accessories and every little thing at the store is very high. Otherwise I would give it a total 5 out of 5 stars.

It is a good facility for ppl living in dha and surrounding areas but may be due to lack of business now they are opearting only for lhr to rwp. initially service was also available for multan. But the good thing is that daewoo has started its service from kalma chowk also.

Terminal is located right behind LGS. But I am really disappointed by the FastEx service. Though cheap but the handling and care is apparently not part of their vocabulary. Very poor tracking too.

The only busses that leave from here are economy class and the ticket price is higher compared to main terminal laari adda. Secondly, the ticket booth people are just as unpleasant and overworked as they typically used to be in old kalma Chowk terminal. and finally, the absence of any solid terminal infrastructure means even the basic passenger comfort services are substandard. The makeshift bathroom in a metal box structure and other service areas like ticket office or snacks bar is all rather reminiscent of a refugee camp office coordinating transfer as opposed to an daewoo Bus terminal operating in a posh part of lahore to provide quick and easy access for the segment of population that is their target market but in an overly utilitarian fashion.I’d much rather take an Uber to the main terminal and travel in comfort than ever take an inconveniently scheduled and exclusively economy class prices as premium from the dha terminal again.

Only Courier service is avalible at that terminal.

Location is excellent for residents of DHA. However the office in a container and structure of the facility (just a parking area with boundary) reflects the temporary nature of this facility. There must be a small waiting/sitting area and a washroom. I had to wait here for pickup once in extreme summer heat (june 2017) and once on a rainy day in extreme January cold (2019), both were tough. Otherwise the staff is cooperative. Handling of passengers and luggage is swift. If the bus is standing one can sit in that. If you liked the review please dont be miser in pressing like!

Only buses for limited cities leave from here on specified timings. It is better to check on the website before coming here. Also, its better to get a reservation due to limited bus timings

There are only 2 departure times from DHA Lahore terminal & that also for Rawalpindi only. 9:30 a.m & 3:30 p.m.Busses are also very old.Rest all times & destinations are not offered/cancelled/suspended currently.Anyhow for DHA & Cantt. customers, its a relief coz they dont ve to cross the whole city & go all the way to Thokar.

Here is Daewoo Bus station for DHA Lahore. From here buses move to Islam Abad/Rawal Pindi. Expecially this Bus Station is for DHA residents and people can easily move to other cities from here.

It was my first time visit to lahore by daewoo but i must say it was a great experience the services are good. All facilities are there at the terminal and thats why i decided to comeback to islamabad through daewoo as well.

Service is very fast and efficient here. Very simple to get the ticket and no rush whatsoever. Lots of parking space available too.

Very long way 45 Min extra. Thokar is better. İn 45 Min u reach home.

This terminal is small and not much buses run to this location.More buses frequency is Thokar in outskirts of lahore.But this is good and convenient of course for cantt and DHA residents in that area.Waiting area os just for few people.There is no food shops.Parking is ample and location is accessible.

The management can do a better job by introducing bus rides that are Gold Class from Lahore DHA to Islamabad however instead they only run Gold Class from DHA to Faisalabad. Apart from that there is hardly any seating spots and the place looks more like a refugee camp than a bus terminal.

Good little terminal. Offers excellent convenience to DHA, Sui Gas Society and State Life Society residents. Selected bus timings but that one can manage
