They are fake people i have paid charges for new link deployment 2 months before But they did not give me a good response. Now i am calling their helpline and their agent to give my money back as they didnt deployed my link but they always said that they will reverse the payment in 2 3 days. They are totally fake.

Best internet service i have received ever in pakistan in all my time off living here.This is the only internet that is comparable to the fibre net you receive Abroad like UK or USA.

They dont even have permission to deploy connections in gulberg as per there operation manager but they keep marketing and get deposit from clients, they use ur money and u never get a connection. I request my deposit refund now almost a month and everytime they just lie either its customer support or TW1. Dont trust them scammers.
