The worst customer services they are providing in Lahore. In case of fiber disconnection, they told you straight away that resolution time is 24 hrs which, as per my experience, actually the time when their field team start thinking to consider your complaint. My last fiber disconnection complaint took more than two days to resolve. Similarly when you order connection, they promise 14 days whereas it took more than 30 days for me to get my connection installed.Not recommended at all.

Worst customer service ever. First of all the person responsible for device delivery and connection or the line man, took ages to come. Never picked up the call, if did then would decline the call saying he will call back in 5 minutes but that never happened. Secondly, they have the worst customer support with the team having no clue about what is happening. They are even worse than PTCL. Highly not recommended

Service is usually very good. However, one should expect dips at times. No SOPs as regards Covid-19 are being observed nowadays at this office. Except the person at counter, none of the employees are wearing masks. Customers without covering their faces can easily walk in. The implementation of SOPs was much better one month ago.

They have the worst customer service and technical support as they dont know anything and will never tell you that how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We filed a complaint # 106074883219 for internet disconnection on 14-Oct-2020 and despite several calls and requests they did their usual response time. Said we contact you in 24 hours but contacted after 3 days. And the loss of our bussiness due to internet disconnection is not their problem. They just charge us bill and nothing else. Your slogan shall be Customer Go to Hell!!

The baddest customer care support I ever seen. They are enemy of your business. I have submitted request of re-location on 27th July and Paid for that. There customer support did not even bother yet. They are thieves and nothing more than that. Every Service is Prepaid and they will not disappoint you with their cheapest services and behavior.

This is the customer center where you can pay your internet dues. This works fine until Covid arrives and they have to follow the SOPs inside the office however the long queue outside with no fan or shelter made the wait outside a punishment

Never make mistake to install storm fiber. I have worst experience with them. One of their sale S representative committed several times that the connection will be installed on that date but always miscommitted the said date. Surprisingly, no connection but shows active on my account. Good way to make money. I talked to customer support service but they unable to launch any complaint againt him. Now, it has been more than 15 days, no connection.

Customer Service is really really bad.First 2 months everything perfect. 3rd month on, random outages. TV and all.Speed is throttled back.Last 2 times (and currently) no service for 3 days. Called CS and was told we don’t have tech on weekends.First complaint took 4 days and the tech shows up and said “someone cut the main fiber line”. Meantime to get the TV service back called the local provider and he showed up within an hour (Saturday) and hooked it up.So much for the “underground lines” of storm fiber.

Complaint number 0401.Lahore3 days, no one came, I made about 10 calls to call center and wrote dozens of email, they only say your problem has been escalated, and we are trying to send someone, but no one comes, and above all when day is about to end at 6 pm they say next day we will try to send someone.No response till now, I have been using storm fiber since Nov 2018 its getting pathetic as its expanding, when you have any connection problem, even from their part. Once you have a minor issue just start enjoying being treated like garbage.Internet is good, but unreliable because no backup for repair etc. I Think they are having internal management issues, thats why, I highly recommend stormfiber with a backup.

I subscribed and paid for 10Mbps connection on 4th of August. The invoice listed 8-10 working days for installation. I received a confirmatory sms that stated your connection would be installed in 10 working days. To date (19-08-20) there had been no response from stormfiber. I called the helpline, contacted them on Facebook and left messages for their sales manager Mr. Abbasi. The only response I received was that they are escalating the situation with concerned dept. Its their shameless customer service that had made me sceptical about the QoS they are going to provide later on. Typical local company with a typically pathetic mindset and business model.

Worst experience ever....Worst than PTCL...2 times disconnection in just 30 days of new installation. And no after sale service whatsoever. Worst turnaround time for resolution of complaints. 1st complaint was resolved in 4 days and 2nd is still unresolved even after 6 days...Would not recommend this company at all. Whenever i have complained about some technical issues with my tv dish or internet router, they took atleast 5-6 days to solve the issue, even after requesting and pleading them to do it on an urgent basis. Ordered a new internet router to support 50 mbps speed a week ago and still no one has come to install it. Highly unprofessional attitude of the employees and the organization itself.

First 2 months, speed was like really good but as the 3rd month starts, speed goes away even with a zoom call. Ive complained many times since last 2 weeks but didnt get anything helpful from them. Very unprofessional support agents, Ill throw the device from my window if they wont hear anymore. This is even worst than PTCL now a days and I highly dont recommend to anyone.

There on-ground response team is doing a pathetic job. First of all theyll place their boxes on electricity poles without prior permission from LESCO. Afterwards, when LESCO staff cut off their lines, the ground team takes forever to reach and rectify the problem. I think this company is highly under staffed and the top management is just busy to get new costumers rather than keeping the old ones satisfied. Highly irresponsible behavior on their part.

StormFiber is getting personal with me by once again disconecting my internet after just one day of restoration. Previously my internet remained disconected for 65 hours and I asked for a compensation.Please note that disconnecting my internet for the past few months has become a routine now.Previously they claimed some cable cuts and this time they are using some other technical tectics. The truth is they have downgraded themselves by getting personal with a consumer for asking its rightful right.

One of the worst internet experiences I have had. Neither do their customer service representatives have any clarity on anything nor are they professional in their behavior. Would ignore your calls if an issue arises, and if they attend the call, theyll falsely commit to solving the issue and then delay it as much as they can. Have had no internet for 10 days and eventually had to switch back to PTCL as at least their customer service is satisfactory.

This review is totally based on my personal severe experience Im having with StormFiber, and I wish I had zero star option here. Im truly baffled by all these stellar reviews on this page. These must be the friends, paid reviews or the people who lucked out with StormFiber.StormFiber is most overrated and hyped ISP. They dont have quality support and field operators. Ive been charged upfront for internet connection and I was told my connected will be deployed within 5 days which later on turn to be 7 and after that I was asked thy need 14 days to establish my connection. And now Its been 19 days and I still dont have clue when my connection is going to be operational.I have never seen such non responsive and inefficient management in my entire life. I have spent more than 500 of balance by calling their field operators and helpline. I have made more than 100 calls to StormFiber helpline and their operator and in the end their operation isnt picking up my phone since yesterday. Throughout Ive been using my mobile hotspot to deal with my office work and freelance projects. They have ruined everything.StormFiber is the worst ever Internet Service Provide I have ever had experience with. Totally scam and non-professional. Not recommended to anyone at all.

My connection was installed 2 days ago and so far it is great. Also, they had a great customer service and installation crew.There HDTV is very good, HD channels run at 1080i and nonHD channels run at 576p but all channels are crystal clear unlike traditional cable networks (It has total 213 channels).Speeds are also as advertised with very less fluctuations and so far internet only disconnected once for a couple seconds
