Worse Network ever. Never response to a complain. I have no net for 4 days and i called 7 people from ptcl . They received first then said they dont work in that region and blocked my number .

Lazy people sitting in office, won’t ever pick-up calls, will talk disrespectfully when you go in-person. You’re better off contacting PTCL Helpline and elevating your complaint.

Good place for any issue about ptcl related

Mainly went for Char jee recharge balance . Machine is available for your bill payment. Representatives are also very good there.

They have huge parking area which they keep closed and customers are forced to park their cars outside on the road.Staff at reception is cooperative but staff at operational side need a lot of attention & professionalism.

Very pathetic and corrupt staff. They cahrged me installation charges 20 days ago after all investigations about DP availability but never installed a connection till today while they promised to do it in a couple of days.

Its located beside Safari Villas main gate. For those who lives in Canal Garden, or Sukh Chain etc, its a nearest PTCL exchange & has a smart shop too. Staff was nice & kind. I got my issue solved without any hassle.

It says on google that its open but its not in real waiting here like a tramp

Bad experience of having PTCL net connection, have to visit many times to resolve issues. Lady sitting at reception should be removed to any other section as her job seems only to advise complainants to wait for the other guy to come.

Heavily congested exchange. You get frequent disconnects and very high pings. Gaming is out of question, we should all boycott PTCL and force Bahria to let any other fiber company in.

Worst exchange in Lahore. Lineman Abid will stop new connection process if not paid him bribe.

Very disappointment from ptcl smart shop and exchange. Whenever telephone line become dead aur noise often they are very lazy and almost take minimum 2 weeks for any complaint and send non employeed workers at home like son of line man etc

Worst service in Bahria Town. I am paying for 8mbps and they give me only 2 mbps, as well as there is no customer support, I am going to opt for fiber link even if hey take 1.5 months to take the installation, they give best speeds and prices are worth it
