Hands down fastest internet in Lahore. Charges are fine, customer service is outclass and speed is amazing. Tried storm, and ptcl but only optix managed to impress me. They sometimes take a little long to install but if u call them once or twice and they do it quickly. Very good service and i hope it remains like this

Thanks to miss rabia for solving our problem.i hope rest of your staff should learn from you to understand how to deal with customers.........Their customer service and dealing is very poor.i dont want to give thrm even a single star but there is no option here for that...i transfered my connection from askar 5 to askari 11 on 22nd june and paid transfer fee on 27th june but they still have not install connection on my new place...i called there helpline multiple times but no progress in solving my problem...you should need to train yourselves and your employees to deal with customers properly......slip of shifting charges attached with review

UPDATE: went to their phase 5 location>> met with their sales team. They promised to expedite installation team to show up and finally finish installation of TV box & share password of internet. So far its working. Changing review rating from 1 to 3 stars. Btw dont expect 20 Mbps upload speeds as their original sales team claim but oh well. Will write final update after 30 daysUPDATE: Download & upload speeds vary considerably. In the beginning it was embarrassingly slow; slower than previous ISP service of Wateen but that might be due to location of router. Posted screenshot is from my smartphone (S8+) and using Speedtest app (v4.4.24). Logically speeds are fastest close to router which is located in TV lounge/living room. Speeds on 2nd floor are considerably slower, Soo much so that I end up using my hotspot most of the time. This part is kind of disappointing because I now have to change my room location just to get faster internet speeds. Tech that installed it in the beginning said something about WiFi signal being diminished due to concrete walls but previous ISP Wateen didnt have a problem though and I got faster internet from them. All in all, Im still satisfied because its still faster than Wateens internet speeds. Might test this out till the end it the month and see if its better than Transworld. My uncle has Transworld and they say that they DONT have slower speeds in upstairs bedrooms (I confirmed using the same app; Speedtest).The biggest drawer to this service in my opinion is crying unable to use Chromecast with it. For those without latest smart TVs, separate Chromecast devices will not work. This is a huge bummer and honestly a deal breaker for me. Now I have to connect my laptop like were in early 2000s with HDMI cable and play my Netflix, YouTube, websites, other media from. This is not practical even with my wireless keyboard & mouse vs just using your smartphone as a media remote (Chromecast). This is such a pia that I have given up watching TV in the living room and just use my iPad. Oh & for those wondering I went to their office in Phase 5 & had their tech come to our house to try to get my Chromecast to connect because there was a UFC ppv event that I wanted to see live BUT he was unable to get it to work either. I cant get their application which supposedly allows you to watch TV remotely as long as you have data/WiFi connection on your phone, cant get Chromecast to work, so this isnt really serving my purpose at all. Sure its fiber optic but its a downgrade for our situation where we watch 90% of our TV using Chromecast (Netflix, YouTube, UFC ESPN+ app).If you dont have a smart TV, go with Transworld.UPDATE: see contact of account holders name/contract. Worst service ever. For last two days Netflix and other services are not working. Called at least 15 times but no response. They don’t pick customer calls. Sales team is horrible. Interested only in taking money. After that you would be begging them. A disaster . Owners are just not believe in customer service at all. Take money and let them run after you .

Staff was ok not up to the mark. Its internet is quite good 4 fot its internet + tv connection and speed. I am satisfied.

I will never recommend optix to anyone also i would like to worn everyone do not pay any money in advance.They are will make false promises and then test you patience by not delivering the service on time.

Very irresponsible attitude. Since a fortnight have paid Rs 11000 for installation of prepaid package deal: internet+TV+landline. Finally after 10 days internet device installed. No sign of TV or landline fone. Repeated calls result in promises to temporarily pacify the customer. Went for complaint today to discover that as of yet smart box which is a prerequisite to setting up TV were short in supply.Very non professional and casual attitude indeed.

Sir/MadamThere is serious problem at your lahore office especially in DHA.Mr. Amin and aslam is keep on baking from there commitments to install new connection including Internet,,TV,and telephone.It seems they have agenda of their own.I had submitted dues for three months on 16 October still waiting for connection to be installed.I took leave from my work on 2nd November as MrAmin gave me commitment that they will install it on that day.They never turn up and on contacting rhem keep onsaying they will come.That was highly unprofessional.Kindly help me and inform me how to install new optix connection.If they are so busy then finind some more orKindly inform how to reimburse atleast.I will resubmit when your lahore team will be free.

Very impressive service. Wifi speeds are constant and very fast. Server routing is very good, so always getting low pings. Been a month since i got optix and have to say it is easily better than all other isps out there. The team that comes to install is very professional, and follows all sops. They give u there personal number as well and if any issue they come and solve within 2 hours. Their tv box is expensive but it is worth it. The quality is pretty good, and the selection of live channels and movies are outclass. I hope they continue like this and dont compromise on quality.

Unprofessional as hell. asked for a new connection team came running to get the initial amount of 12000rs and gave me time that theyd come in 7 working days. they didnt. no calls no information ive been calling customer support all they say is your information has been forwarded to the team lol. still no connection no information.

Must say i have tried all isps but optix is outclass. Amazing customer service, get more speed that my package. my son plays games and says excellent ping. was going through their reviews and found a few negative comments but my experience and many other people in my society love it must get for hassle free and amazing service.

They do not have proper professional and technical services. Karachi helpline can never resolve the problem and local Rawalpindi team always has to intervene but they are at extremely poor co-ordination among themselves. Frequent disconnections, no browsing, slow speed are common issues. Helpline is clueless about time frame of problem solving. (customer code 27102)

Giving 2 stars for unprofessional behaviour. Havent got the connection yet. They said device will be installed within 10 working days. Their team came for wiring which was not a major thing because weve got their service in our second office which is two floors up. Device not installed even after 4-5 days of wire connection. No one is responding now.

Very bad and not professional at all. There is this guy named Amin and every time I call him he keeps asking whats ur address, name and location.Big Frauds and Cheaters ! Especially in DHA P6 these guys dont commit to their promise. They took an advance from me and daily they have wasted two weeks by doing nothing. One day I arrived evening to my home and they came at wrong time and said bas 15 min ka kaam hai! If you are providing people such internet to what you claim then please be loyal and honest.. Amazing internet. I play online fortnite and pubg. Their server routing is amazing get extremely low ping as compared to all other providers and their speed is also perfect along with very professional customer service highly reccomend

Pathetic service ...Firstly the packages offered on website are not available in all areas.when they finally decide the package... the router was installed after 10 days of the set date...its been 10 days since the installation of the router now but still no TV box...The staff that came to install router keeps giving excuses without actually installing the TV Box.!The Optix Phone Helpline is always Busy no matter how much you wait for them to pick up..

From 18th of june I am complaining and no response till now as everyday they are sending bogus report to head office that problem is solved where as I am reporting that problem is there and send some one but no one shows up.give me some watsapp number so I can share watsapp conversations .if it persists I am thinking of getting disconnected.fedup

Pathetic customer services, their so called installation team Arsalan from lahore has collected installation fees and is not answering my calls ,its been almost a month , i was told the installation will be done in 15 working days , ive emailed you and filed a complain on whatsapp number also , instead of solving my issue theyre askin me if the wiring is not done yet? The worst customer service ever. Nowhere in the modern world should it take this long to get a new internet connection. I applied for a new connection 7 days ago, nobody has any answers for me, nobody picks up the phone, and Im already extremely annoyed with optix.

Have been facing internet problem for a week and complaining about it but there is no response from their team. If contacted by their team same protocols are being repeated like clear cache and clear history etc, for a while internet starts to work but again same situation follows. There is no professionalism and how to diagnose the issues.

Very unethical unprofessional behavior of sales team. Waited one week after giving new connection order and after one week they replied that they dont provide internet service at my location. There website shows that my location is in there coverage area. If my location is not covered why my order was booked at first place. Very very very bad customer service very very very bad sales team response.

I’ve been using optix for about a year, recently I’ve had an episode with their support team due to issues with my router. I’m changing my review as their customer service rep Ms. Rabia, from Karachi went out of her way to address my issues and then surprisingly followed up on it as well. To be fair, optix has very good service for the money you pay, probably they are the best, only draw back hence 4 stars is customer support response time.

Much satisfied!! Living in Askari 10 currently and Internet is good plus the service is also good.We hope that you keep this kind of consistency in future wellGood Luck Team!!

Been using this service since over 3 years now and have never faced a single issue. Yes there are down times occasionally but their customer services are just outclass. Never had there been an issue which has lasted for more than 2 hours, highly recommended. Downloading speed is lightning fast and even the ping is low if youre into online gaming.

My rep. from customer services was very helpful, responsive and efficient in coordinating.Previous Review :The worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no communication between the office and the technicians, but they will continuously call the client with the same request and unresolved problem without resolving it.

Optix fiber is an ISP which provide very good quality services to their customers and It is also good in IPTV service and ip telephone , the customer support service is very good .

Already disappointed before my service has even begun. We prepaid (16K in full) for our internet connection two weeks ago and the cable has been installed for a week now but still no one has come to set up our device!You keep telling us to wait 2-3 days every time we callSo once your sales dept is through with a customer your job is done? Been using mobile data for 2 weeks! Is this customer service?Edit: Posting now that the issue has been fixed after a clue of tries, the connection is working smoothly never even drops out. And speed is amazing. Speedtest showed amazing download and upload speed. Thank you Optix.

Very honest company. I can always talk to the same person who has amazing customer service. They actually called me to tell me my internet was running slow the last couple of days and gave me tips on how to get it running back at the usual speed - I didnt even notice until the called to tell me!

They have always issues with a fluently working internet. Just give you 51 channels for Rs. 3400. Thinking of switching back to Wateen, even though their net is also troublesome, but they offer 150+ TV channels.

Amazing experience using this broadband service.. Pretty satisfied with their upload and download speed which remains constant through out the day.. Highly Recommend..

I’ve been a customer of OptixFiber since the start. And never have I been disappointed. Your helpline is outstanding, be it any hour of the day, they’ve always responded to calls and helped us out to sort the problem, either telling the procedure through call or paying us a visit. The service is so fast and active that at times it actually feels like they’re standing right outside after the complaint is filed. The internet has given us a great experience but the staff and workers make it the best, with their cooperative and respectful nature.

OPTIX operates mainly in DHA Lahore.Its a genuine Optic Fibre solution to household needs. Internet is Fast and slightly expensive.But for the price the Service works without any hiccups.Compared to other ISPs its blazing fast and reliable.

Its really great!! I am very satisfied with their service. I always get the speed which I paid for and it never drops. The only drawback I believe is that their customer care service is a total opposite of their internet speed!!! Its very slow and you have to wait for a certain amount of time to talk to them on the phone. Plus if you are thinking of using Optixfiber, register at least 20 days before they take around days to put up the connection.

In terms of internet performance so far its second to none. Amazing speeds for gaming browsing or surfing. I wanted a fast speed ISP for gaming and i got one. Just work on your installation delays because mine got installed after 13 days.

Initial review: As a regular customer you think of some kind of regard. But none what so ever. I am regular user of optix since 1 year and I transferred my connection from Askari V to Askari 11 20 days ago and after so much calls and msgs to their support system..Edit Review: Well their customer service resolve my issue so quickly. I hope they keep focusing on their good customer service. Especially thankful to Ms. Rabia who kept in touch with me throughout this process and streamlined this whole procedure. They take really good care of their regular customer. But initially there were some difficulties. As the process is slow. But overall a very good internet provider.

The services they are offering are one of the best in PK, and the package prices are too reasonable. They still need to increase their coverage but they are growing pretty fast.

Faced issues of delay in getting the connection and later the low speed but they finally managed to resolve this all. Considering they have ultimately sooner or later managed to provide the desired service quality and the sales/marketing team has proven to be extremely courteous, Im upgrading the review to 5 stars. Regarding the identity and not being in the database this is not an appropriate forum. I can give the details if you need on a non public forum and also a list of simple and easy suggestions to avoid creating any unhappy customers.Keep up the good work, specially the people behind the whatsapp number.

Its been 10-12 days Im using Optix and so far so good, economical package and optimal service quality. I hope that Optix will maintain this standard.P.S a suggestion, you should consider giving call packages with telephone services.

Been less than one month since i got it. Facing issues of disconnectivity from the start but they were for a minute or so. From the last week my internet works for 10-15 mins then gets disconnected for about an hour or so and fron the last night it isnt working at all
