I ordered the connection from Fiberlink on 25th June 2019. On that day I visited the Fiberlink Lahore office. There, I met a salesman named Shahzib Mughal. He told me to submit the installment fees of 8,125 rupees and told me within 2 months Fiberlink will install the Internet connection at my house. I submitted the fees to him and he gave me the payment receipt. The payment receipt is attached.So I visited the Fiberlink Lahore office at the end of August 2019. I asked for the status of my connection. They asked me to wait for 2 more weeks. So I waited and visited Fiberlink Lahore office again at the end of September 2019. The salesman at the front desk told me that there is a shortage of Fiber and did not tell me the exact date for the installment of connection at my house.After that, I tried connecting with the Fiberlink Facebook page, Helpline and Whatsapp number about the situation, no one responded to my complaint. Whenever I called Fiberlink Helpline number, they pick the phone after 15 minutes and then transfer the call to the billing department and the meantime the call get canceled. An interesting thing here is that this happens every time! Screenshots of the calls are also attached.So I visited the Fiberlink office one more time in October to check the status. At this time they told me that there is a permission issue this time! So I asked them to refund my installment fees, the salesman told me to call the Helpline. Again, the cycle of calling the Helpline continues. No one picks the phone or they cut off the phone call after 15 to 20 minutes of wait.Today is 30th December 2019. Its been 6 months now I ordered the connection from the Fiberlink. I am sure that no company in the whole World installs the connection of the internet, which takes more than 6 months!Whoever is reading from Fiberlink, just return my 8,125 rupees. I do not want your pathetic service!I am also going to submit an FIR on this fraud to the police station and will submit a complaint against the Fiberlink in the Consumer Court.Thank you for wasting my time and providing the most pathetic service to the beautiful country of Pakistan.

Cant rate 0 thats why giving 1 ( read all issues)Issues- Worst customer support ever- Keep disconnecting- When there is red light on modem you are doomed and at their mercy to resolve the issue- if your modem charger or internal fiber get broken they will take charges from you- When wire is broken they will take 2-4 days to resolve it- Speed is variable not consistent- Very unreliable service, if you run business or work with foreign clients never think of fiberlink, most probably that will be your worst decision.- Packages are of low cost, but think what will you do of 20mb connection , when most of the time it doesnt work when you really need it.Advantage- Honestly I dont see any advantage, it will only give just more mental frustration.

I think fiberlink is the worst net service provider regarding customer support services, I m living at Johar Town LAHORE, thie office is at Gulberg ,Lhr, every time regarding my network failure I have to visit their office personally to register the complaint and make the persons move.They never received the call on given numbers, if by chance they receive the call they never responded.Very very bad rather worst customer care/maintainable service.

One of the worst ISP providers in Pakistan. Once red light shown then forget about having internet again for weeks or even months. Then you can use days then again the same cycle starts. Support team is literally miserable. Continuous headache. There is no negative rating else it would be the last negative.

Worst Internet Ever!I really wish I knew what I was getting into, this is by far the worst internet available. The service is out 50% of the time. Their customer service has no clue and it take 10-15 days for the problem to get fixed only to be broken again in another 10 days. Too much headache. keep away!

I ignored the online reviews to give them the try. Withdraw the connection request after 1.5 months eventually when the connection was promised to be deployed within 30 days.The major drawback of the company is that they dont have any proper channels for customer support and do not respond to the calls you make on the numbers they provide you for assistance.A new number on evey visit.

It has been 2 months. Not installed internet on my place. My neighbor has it installed (telling as a reference that they do not need to do much work). Call them and they say team kal aye gi, team ka accident hogia hai, gari toot gaii h. Ajeeb Chay log hain I have met 2 people who have bought police to their Lahore office. One has smashed their laptops and still theyre lazy af. Unprofessional customer service.

It is about 1 and half month now that Im unable to get my connection started. This company is example of pure non-sense. I have paid for 6 months package and registered many complaints but they are just useless. Im going to make a complaint against them in citizen portal. They dont attend the call on the first place and even if they do, they will give you another number which will not respond. And if you luckily get in touch with them, they will promise a time period and then no response. Number off .

I paid whole year fee and got 16 Mb up down Speed , I was happy untill after a week the services disconnected and red light on the modem displayed. I called everywhere but no response, finally I called the Sales person to help me and he did, the installers came and fixed the problem, I was happy again after non working of two weeks finally the net is working but my happiness lasted for a couple of minutes only as the installer demanded some money for his services which i didnt paid rather provided good hospitality offering drinks and food but all wasted. and the working connection worked only a few days and again gone down, since then its been two weeks and i am helpless no one is listening not the installer or sales person.

Everything is worst. Words are not enough to describe what horrible company it is. They are frauds cheating people by taking yearly payment and not providing the internet service. Its been a month and my connection is not activated as yet. Pathetic customer support you call head office inform them about your issue instead of solving they say we dont know.Its a high time we all need to get together and lodge complaint against this fraudulent company. Very poor service. The complaint filed but issue was not resolved. As a consequence visted the office at Gulberg lahore during lockdown. The staff was chatting on their mobiles. Pathetic customer support. Whenever your internet goes down. Youll no be able to resolve the issue. Youll be at their mercy. I thought their service is getting better so I payed them. Connection installed after almost 2 months and it worked fine for a month. But now its been out for last 24 hours. No response from customer service. My advise is dont fall for heavy speed and low prices. It works but if it went down youll regret. Its not worth it. Ill suggest storm fiber instead.

Paid them for installation, and for the first month of services, in May, 2017 and they installed their connection in March, 2018. Complained to PTA about them, but they didnt do anything (PTA insisted that I let them install their connection, even though I wanted a refund). Filed a lawsuit against them, but PTA had told courts that they would handle it, so the lawsuit was rejected.Kept the connection after testing it, because its better than PTCL. Their up-time is good and their complaint resolution is good (within 1 day mostly), but billing service is horrible. You have to wire transfer the amount and then send them the confirmation message that you receive from your bank. And if they dont see the message you sent them then they will discontinue their services without any warning/message.

Over all i believe that they deserve 2 stars but their rating needs to improvePros:1 ) yes it takes a month after you pay first installment but wait is worth it2) yes the internet once working lives up to the internet expectation and is exceptionally good.3) no the downtime isnt as often as every month. Sometimes even works during heavy rain and is on through long hours of power outage.Cons:1 ) no response team is there to respond on time should be 24 hour service 7 days a weekBut its only 5 days and 8 hours that makes working out problems impossible on time2 ) downtime is rare but when its down takes a lot longer to get back online because of limited staff I guess.3 ) their billing cycle is most confusing 10 th of every month your internet gets disconnected and usually they ask for proof of payment but if you submitted on a Friday good luck getting it back on before Monday.Verdict:Yes they have a sales team working 24 /7 but they need more technical support and billing department is extremely lazy on its part. They are highly under staffed I guess, but if they solve these issues they can easily become better then other ISPs in Lahore.I would recommend if youre just using it for everyday use but for workspace no, dont just dont

I have been using FiberLink from past year or so and I must say that with each day passed, their customer services went from poor to poorest.Do not go for FiberLink because:- Poorest customer service. Even they dont pick your calls and you are charged for every minute calling on their UAN number.- If by chance they pick your call, they will try to escape from the issue as its not under their department or domain hence call somewhere else however there isnt any other place to call at- If by chance your wire gets cut or modem stops responding, wait for a month to get it back up because I guess they have 1 team for every city they are working for.- Every month a customer support call will come asking about any issue, when you tell them about the issues, she will slap the phone saying got that and thats all she is hired for.

I had overlooked the reviews and paid for the Yearly plan in one go. I regret my decision.Before paying in full I had communicated with Farukh (sales man) to have their services up and running by 20 July 2019. He told me that usually it takes 1 month but he gave me confidence and agreed. After 20 July, I had communicated with their sales team and they had redirected me to the Deployment Team, where I am still in communication with Kashif Ali.He has been telling me again and again that it takes 1 month. It sounds like they are waiting for a month to complete.Its September 8, 2019 today, eight days above then their one month commitment and it feels like I will not be having their services for another month.I am not sure about their internet services but I am damn sure their employees are careless and irresponsible.A piece of advice, dont Pay the total amount in one go.

The are ridiculous. We have a CIR connection. Been paying heavily. Service goes down time by time as any share connection. They committed resolution of compliments within 4 hours for corporate connection. And in reality it is 48 hours of no service and still no clue of hope.They have ZERO level of customer service. No calls are picked on their UAN or any cell number from concerned people.You will be left at sea when you are taking their services.

Very first i paid for yearly plan in December 2018 and i got my connection in February.After that first month internet was working perfectly and i was happy and i was saying why these people criticise fiberlink but after 1st month till today its pathetic more than PTCL .
