Horrible service. They have a branch in lahore but still charging 7000/- for delivery from karachi.. No other brand do such thingsAlso I once called them for sofa repairing which were in warranty, but they never answered..

The furniture is good, but definitely expensive. I did not find the customer service satisfactory, however. Ordering was easy, yet shipping was delayed because items had to be brought from their Islamabad warehouse. Also, item was damaged during shipping.
