This is the most fraudulent wooden door and wooden panel sellers in Lahore.Poor customer service, they charge you the price of best quality sheets as per display whereas send you local cheap material and that also without commitment of delivery (Delay in delivery by weeks).Plz everybody, beware of them, dont buy nothing from them.They supplied doors and ply wood panels to me. Expensive than usual market rates but within one year of installation, door plywood panels are falling apart n splitting.They are just disgusting people. Liars, Theives!!!!!

I had a similar experience like Amin Sahib. This shop has no professionalism and no sense of time. I ordered some wood lamination sheets from them. It was a time sensitive project and I double quadruple checked with the Sana Wood team that if they cant deliver it till 1pm-I can gladly come over in my car and pick up the stuff. With strong promises of delivering my stuff at the stroke of 1pm they asked me to make an online payment. My stuff was delivered at 7pm!! All along I was lied and dragged and lead onto believe that the rider is 5 minutes away 10 minutes away. I wasnt even given an apology. They are so uncooth and illiterate with zero communication/social skills. They not only wasted my day but I had to put 4K to the labour who sat and did nothing. I wish them nothing but remorse.

High Rates, No Time Commitment, No Seriousness, Delays in delivery, Charges for High Quality sheets, but delivers low quality broken sheets and dont bother about complaints. Worse people to deal with.

If you want to be lied too and get stressed then this is be place to buy from. The owners are not business men at all and are totally unprofessional.How hard is it to give a proper time frame for ordering of doors? If you say it will take 15-20 days then keep your word, instead of lying everytime. It has been 34 days and still no delivery. Not only that but they expect full payment without us inspecting the final product first to our satisfaction. Invovled in construction business this is the first and last time doing business with this pathetic run joke of a company. There are plenty of other more professional run establishments available.Update after 40 days: got it in writing that if any issues with the doors they will be responsible, made full payment after. They only delivered 70% of the doors and the main door was incorrectly made.Update after 46 days: these people continue to lie, we will deliver the rest of the doors tomorrow, tomorrow never comes. How do these liars expect to get more customers?Final update: Almost 60 days later they finally delivered the remaining doors and fixed the mistakes they made on the previous. Had to threaten them with legal action, only then things progressed. The lying continued, next day we will deliver , then the next etc. My advise is to avoid doing any business with this store. The owners are habitual liars and have no ethical standards.
