Their stuff is just okay. Not the best. Just about alright. Theyre not the most expensive gig in town. If youre looking for an affordable thing to put on yourself, yet look like youre wearing designer items - This is for you. To give an idea, you can get a really good lehenga for between Rs. 3 and 4 lakh. From designers perspective, this is cheap.

I ordered 2 outfits after seeing their large number of followers on Instagram thinking they were good. But was really disappointed as my dresses did not come on time for Eid. They did not reply back to any messages or emails after they charged me. When I purchased my outfits it was said that they will take 2 weeks to despatch the dress but they took 7 weeks and the dresses haven’t arrived yet. They didn’t bother giving any explanation or apologies. Please don’t order from them.

The shop is spacious. But again the parking lot is small. The shop has the collection organised in a good manner making it easy for customers to see. The prices are good and all price ranges are available. The brand sells premium pret , embroider pret , luxury and formal pret. They also make customised formal and wedding dresses.

There’s no point in being a high-end designer brand and not having any kind of customer service. I feel like it is a norm in Pakistan to not focus on customer service at all despite the reputation of your business. I got my wedding dress from here and even though they produced a magnificent dress, I still left this place not made to feel special at all. That speaks volumes about the brand. They don’t care about you or your big day, they just want your money. Sorry, not sorry.

Long story short all they care about is your MONEY! please do not go to this place they are just ripping off people. They degrade you as if they are the ones spending money. Pathetic customer service. I was taken care by this lady mahnoor! I am appalled that they dont have a decency to apologize. Ruined our barat dress.

This company doesnt deserve even 1 star.As an international customer I cannot express more how poor their customer service is.Do not buy from them if you have other options.I have ordered so many dresses over the past year, and each time the quality of the work is inferior. The method of delivery is poor and so many of the works just fall off the moment its taken out of the parcel.My last mistake was ordering a Bridal dress from them. I received the dress in a small box which they shoved the dress into. And upon opening it and taking the dress out my family and I noticed the chain on the side of the dress was broken - the zip would not even hold together.I was in contact with 3 individuals from the company and they blamed me for ripping the chain... further attempt at communication was ignored and they did not bother to find a solution.Its unfortunate that they have to use their own employees to put up 5 start reviews to increase their ratings.WORST SERVICE FROM REPUBLIC WOMENSWEAR.

Wanted to contact them through Whatsapp as i live in Canada. Had the worst experience ever. Firstly they never bothered to respond to the messages, and after weeks when they decided to do so, they presented with the worst costumer service possible. I asked them if i could lessen the work they literally responded No. i was legit shook. what kind of bridal services they provide if someone cannot customize their dream dress even though they are ready to pay 10 lac. Still waiting for the reply about a price query i left 2 weeks ago. cherry on top, almost all ready to wear items are out of stock online. as international clients, we expect them to at-least listen to us and answer as we cannot show up in person. they are losing their clients cuz of their own arrogant behaviour. God bless the people who have been victimized of their rude and bad costumer service. would give ratings in negative if possible

Theyre designs are actually good but there is no point of buying from them as they dont even listen to you. We came all the from Toronto for our wedding dresses, and they treated us literally like sh*t. The designer itself, Mehreen was quite rude and unhelpful. These guys are a rip off. Do not go there if you have any other choice available.1 star for there designs, otherwise zero stars for customer service.

Hello. I ordered my Valima suit and Mehndi suit from your site and i must say after waiting so long for them I’m a little disappointed. First of all, i ordered a medium for both lenghas but as shown in my pictures the Valima suit is significantly smaller. Because i am now so short on time, i will definitely need a larger size in my Valima suit. Therefore I need a Large sent to me ASAP. In addition to this, there are multiple mirrors missing on the skirt of my Valima outfit, and the glue work isn’t that great. Having thought these were real mirrors, I’m also disappointed to see there plastic pieces. I have provided phots and would like the new skirt to be checked thoughourly before sent to me. I would also like a few extra pieces of the faux mirror work in case we have to attach them ourselves before the event. I appreciate your time and need this matter resolved ASAP. Thank you!

Better then others

Very lazy customer service. They dont provide correct contact numbers. Being a popular brand with people purchasing items on an international level they should atleast have a working number. Rang them 10 times and after many rings they would disconnect it and dont even have a voicemail option to leave a msg. They also dont answer back emails or Whatsapp msg, which they claim is the best way to communicate. Very unprofessional, if they cant deal with new clients, one can only imagine wht the previous ones had to struggle with. And please setup a proper payment method that can be traced.

These guys are frauds. Rude & lazy, will give you a very hard time. As an international customer I will never order from them again

They have beautiful clothes but their service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They have a phone that they never answer and so you have to go down to their store to make an appointment to see bridal, even though the staff is doing nothing and the store is empty. Trying to even make an appointment is hard enough because the staff is too busy goofing around with each other and gossiping than to help customers. I’m actually reconsidering ordering clothes from here because I fear I wouldn’t even get it on time because the staff here do not take their jobs seriously. What a shame that such a big brand cannot give decent service, even to customers that have travelled from so far to see their clothes. I came all the way from Canada and this store has done nothing but waste my time. Let alone the fact that a lot of staff walk around barefoot during open hours is so incredibly unprofessional for such a popular brand. Unbelievable.

We had an appointment with one of the designers I think her name was Mehreen we got there right on time and had to wait 15 mins for her as she was chatting on her phone outside with her friends no care that she had clients waiting anyways when she came we wanted to decide on the right colour which she didn’t have so she said get your colour yourself we don’t have it .. anyways we kept on scrolling through the designs to how we can alter them to be customised to our liking suddenly we saw she took another client and started taking to them, anyways the workers didn’t have much clue rather they just knew the prices which we also knew as tags were already there after 5 mins the Miss designer disappeared and we were left like headless chickens as we were not helped or guided properly rather found it rude that we had an appointment and she started seeing other people in our time and wasted our time plus suddenly disappeared. Above all the samples kept on display are so dirty the colours and work has faded so you don’t get the right feel like you want when you came after the pictures on Instagram.The material used is not at all pure it’s very bad material . I don’t think i’m ever coming back as being an eager client I was not at all treated properly rather I thought people there were very rude

I got my Walima dress from Republic it was made on time. However, the manager Mehreen is a very very rude and unprofessional. The day when i got a call that dress is ready to pick, that woman was calling me literally every 15 min “app jaldi ajn mehreen madam ka off hojata ha 4 bjy, app 3:30 say palay ayn” what the hell , it’s my first priority too but you don’t need to bother me every 15 min.Khair I went there the same day to pick up. When I tried it on, ( one more thing they don’t let you try samples even after ordering and paying them half the price) diamonties and pearls started falling like rain. Literally, they were making noise falling they were so many. I nicely asked her what’s happening? They shouldn’t be falling. The woman Mehreen yelled at me to touch my dress gently “ app aram say hath lagyn usko “ . What? Really? Why would I miss handle my own bridal before wedding? And why is it this low quality? HuhPhir orginally my dress was all black, I changed its color to half black and half grey silver tone. When it came it had all silver lining. I said her this is not what we decided. In reply she yelled again and said “ him sub kuch client ke marzi ka nahi kur suktay, humari marzi hoti ha apnay designs pa, mujay nahi Acha laga mana nahi Kia” she just couldn’t stop yelling and disrespecting. Of course she forgot to communicate to the production, it was her fault.I didn’t say her a word and went straight up to the counter and insisted to talk to the owners. They gave the production manager Mr Kashif’s number. From there he took care of my dress. He changed the lining and got all the diamonties fixed.It was a hassle dealing with her. She was very polite and nice while taking the order. Became totally a different person on delivery time. Thank God I didn’t make any other changes except lining color and order as it is. That woman dont have caliber to communicate alteration to the production unit. If you are ordering try making minimum changes.

Went to the store and was straight away pointed by a rude staff to speak to someone online. Couldnt spare a few minutes to explain how they worked with appointments only. The online customer service barely bothers to reply back. I understand exclusivity; its a thin line between arrogance and rude staff. Please spend a little and hire quality people that can are polite.

I came all the way from England and this store has done nothing but waste my time,asoon as i walked in the staff was so rude they kept pushing us too quickly pick a outfit this was 5mins into my appointment when i showed them the bridal dress i wanted to BUY ,even though it looked NOTHING LIKE THE INSTAGRAM PICTURES i asked if i could try it on for the final Yes they refused,they told me i couldnt try the dress on let alone even put the dress next too me to see if it suited my complexion. Now please tell me how a girl can buy her dream wedding dress without trying it on and feeling like a princess in it especially if im willing too pay 11lakh for itYou cannot expect someone to buy a wedding dress without trying it on fullstop.Im actually glad now that i didnt get my dress from hear because i fear it wouldnt have come ontime,there would have been alot of problems i could see it because of how rude and ignorant the staff and the manager wasBottom line is girls if your travelling from out of country and going out your way like i did pleaseeeee reconsider this brand,the bridal dresses are NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING like the pictures. quality of clothes are 4/10 you will be very disappointed.
