Pathetic service as compared to the other local brands like Fitted, Breakout, BTW and Edenrobe. Received parcel almost in a months time. Packaging is way more pathetic than the word pathetic. Ethically if the items in sale got finished and someone has already paid it, then they should return the money, rather they got stitched fresh article and that also not the same. Further, shirts were packed in just clear polithene, branding is just a 2 inch stripe on every thing, whether it be shirt, pant and suit. Packaging ruined the suit and they even dont provide the hanger for it. Being a growing fashion brand it doesnt suit them. Everything needs strong iron press to remove the creases, which are all over the package.

A friend had a bad experience in terms of delivery time. Went there with him, talked to the manager, after couple of hours of back and forth, took a discount at the delivery time (which was supposed to be a week before). There are better options available. But its all about personal experience. One bad experience doesnt mean the whole brand is bad. May be it was one of the cases only. They were apologetic though at least unlike many other designer brands.

This brand has always been my favourite. Yes! They have very unique designs. My last visit to this place when i was looking for jacket for my younger brotherSo i looked every other street brand but looking difficult to find best jacket. As we were going home my friend stopped me and said lets visit this place i need see few waistcoat for his brothers wrddingSo as i entered i saw this jacket and it clicked to my heart ask the sales guy to show me this jacket in M size so i was trying the jacket checking the fit thier was one auntie standing behind looked at me and ask the salesman to show this jacket for his sonI instantly said to aunty that i just bought it and i guess it was the last piece in the size

Good designs and but sometimes they give late delivery of clothes. They have awesome collection of mens clothes tie and shoes. Moreover women clothes are little expensive.

Basically middle-men selling you things made by others at a very high price. Sometimes substandard clothing too. terrible craftsmanship and tailoring sometimes.

Their customer service is so quick and their staff is friendly......

Long story short they delievered my grooms package on the day of baraat and i was traumatized. Plus their customer service is ignorant, non compliant and self centered.

Worst experience... Staff isnt cooperating at all... I especially from multan and went to MM ALAM ROAD lahore branch, but they didnt oblige me a little in showing display due to some of their official reasons.. Inspite of knowing the fact that i came from multan especially to visit republic... So whatever the reason was they could give me some favor for my distance only.. If they follow some ethics

Good customer service but price are too high for no reason , you can get a Armani or versace Suit in that price I was quoted 150000rs for a 180 Italian suit ... Thats a rip off

Flew in from London to buy an expensive walima dress for my daughter the staff were so rude and unprofessional spoke to the designer and she thought she was gods gift refused to spend my money here walked out I would like advise do not shop here at all
