Yes banks charge to use this service but is selling jewelry a low profit business?They expect customers to carry cash, in this day and age. They probably prefer cash transaction so as to report less for tax. Wont bother shopping from here again.

The best jewellery shop I have ever come across, not only in terms of the product quality and designing, but also in terms of enthralling beauty of the building and captivating front elevation.The shop has two floors: the ground floor has jewellery products of all kinds: simple gold, white gold, stones set in jewellery as well as diamond products. The second floor offers bridal dresses with a demerit of being too expensive.Overall, its a very good place and salesmen are extremely courteous and employ the attitude of chivalry towards customers.

Rate are normal as compared to market due to negotiation factor.You will feel difference of only Rs.1,000 to Rs.2,000 on the item having price around 1 lac.Comparatively lower rates than other markets in Lahore like ichra but higher rates than Suha Bazar Rang mehal which is obvious because that is main wholesale market for gold in Town and pretty hard to reach due to traffic jams and narrow roads. So damas is recommended.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The reps are tone deaf and don’t understand that international clients cannot just “visit the Lahore outlet store.” When I set a budget and asked for advice they told me to just browse Facebook and Instagram for products which I thought was poor care since their catalogues are incomplete on those sites. At no point did they make an effort to provide any real customer care or recommendations. When I inquired about certain products from Facebook their apathetic responses ranged from “out of stock” to “price hikes.” No thank you. I will be much better off purchasing from legitimate sellers in Toronto and shipping it as a gift to my cousin in Lahore then have her pick it up from these aweful sellers.

Worst experience in terms of resale and/or exchange with new articles. ENSURE you get everything in writing and save your invoices like a holy piece of paper because they claim that their system do not have duplicate invoices which is pretty unbelievable.

I bought a necklace on my Mothers birthday and it wasnt that expensive but the Taxes are way too much. Also, the Instagram page says something else and their outlet something else. I went for the ongoing sale from 7Nov to 11Nov and they had no idea about it. The staff memeber Usman was quite helpful and noble.

This place isnt for those of you who are dieting. That said, (I am not on a diet) I ate the delicious Mushrooms on Toast. It was hot and piled high with mushrooms - totally worth the price. The French pressed, fresh coffee was aromatic and delicious too! I havent given 5 stars as the service was slow.
