Hkb One Of The Best Store In Lahore

One of the oldest stores of Lahore. Now a grand thing and name. Recommended for a visit. Grocery or otherwise.

This is medium sized 3 floor + basement mall. In basement it carries large size grocery store, having almost all grocery items.On ground floor, big size showroom of popular brand BEECHTREE.First and 2nd floor contains fabric shop, garment shop, crockery shop, Children toy shop.Display of all shops is neat and clean, moreover it has fixed pricing and reasonably competitive as compared to other markets.

An old name in the business, this mega-store has everything. A huge grocery section in the basement. Garments, cutlery, home decor and such things on the other floors. Mostly imported stuff. Cant be sure of everything being genuine but for the most part shelves very well stocked with a huge range of products. Staff is great and helpful. Parking can be limited, especially if you visit during peak hours.

Good Sale on sweaters and other winter items 20-30% off.

Its open and they are encouraging social distancing. I went late at night before closing so they werent too busy. They have clothes makeup products and of course grocery

4 star shopping mall. I always prefer to buy from H K B . My best choice.

One stop shop for ladies and gents garments, surprisingly they offer free face mask on entrance, good for people who forgot to bring their face mask.

Great place for grocerry shopping plus clothing and house hold items...but the best is their clothing section which its better than Alfatah

Horrible customer service. The staff would prefer to talk to each other than to help you. Their fav question is would you buy it or not! You feel like you have entered the 80s in a bad way. Fashion and style are lost to these people.

No decaffeinated coffee. Disgraceful

Good place for buying grocery items. Vegetables and fruits are fresh early morning. Chicken, mutton, beef, fish also available. So many things under one roof.

Too conjusted, meat very expensive. Fake brand food products especially biscuits, staff careless and keep expecting free money from customers.

Parking place is spacious. Staff is courteous. Groceries are available at a little higher rate than the market. Crockery and other household items are comparable to the market.

The grocery section is well planned. Much better than before but not as well stocked as Al- fatah

Customer service needs improvement

My all time favourite but they need to organize their basement. It seems a bit congested and chaotic. Especially the cash counter.

Unhygienic place. Water spilling, things looking spoilt. The owners need to come see the grocery section and get it back to normal.

It was okay. Variety can be improved to bring in better mix.

Found good quality suit, cloth for waistcoat and waistcoat for good price. Highly recommended.

Services are bit on a lower size compare to the same stores in the area. Carrying almost all of the common stuff around. Location is also very good. Need to upgrade their customer services.

Second best departmental store in Y Block. Very conveniently located with a lot of dedicated parking area.

The rates at the grocery section specially the fruits are extremely high, however the meat quality is good n rates are also almost the same as anywhere else

Prices mentioned on racks are mostly not matched with bill in grocery section. As they mostly over charged.If you call manager he ask that I have authority to give you 3% discount.We dont need your discount, we need the actual price mentioned on products or racks.But they cant.They ask that products prices changed.Prices changed in computer but not actually on products

Please avoid to book goat/sacrificial animals here for Eid Ul Adha 2018. Their management is a total failure. They just want bookings for the Qurbanis animal and failed to deliver in time. Number of people came here and giving galam galoach to the HKB management on this 1st day of Eid Ul Adha. A bad experience.
