I was really disappointed today by seeing few customers being rude towards the staff there on some exchange issues Although the sale exchange policies have been clearly mentioned. I have seen the same behaviour of customers many times and the staff members explaining them gently and politely. People need to understand that its not in their hands at times and to treat them with respect.I have been visiting Almirah m.m Alam road since 2014. The staff there is very polite and they provide the best customer service.

I Am from California my wife was there today at MM Alam Road location around 12 pm she was trying to exchange her suit but they were not willing to exchange her suit very bad behavior manager and the employees so rude I cant believe JUNAID JAMSHED was a nice person I cant believed what kind of customer service they learned from JUNAID JAMSHED

Very bad experience.they have third class exchange policies. I was trying to return the suit but they were not willing to return. Also they were not exchanging it. Very dissappointing attitude of the manager and helpers.

Stitching and fitting of shalwar kameez suits and kurtas is of top quality.

Famouse clothing brand. They offer stiched, unstiched male and female cloths. They also offer waste coats and fragrances. Rates are relatively good and not so expensive. Designs are sober and quality of cloths is also good. So, i would recommend it.

As it was the reopening day, alot of rush and panic. Staff were friendly, respectful and professional

Absolute disgrace to Pakistani clothing.Who on Earth stitches a low-rise trouser with stitching line in the middle, unless one is trying to save some fabric.Even a beginner tailor in Pakistan can stitch a much better trouser.

Rude behaviour by the staff and no cooperation by the manager of the store. Really disappointed.
