Heard a lot about them but didn’t like any design there my wife took me there but came out straight few clothes were there ( packages mall outlet) and no one bother to come to ask that we want anything or not customer service can be improved a lot

Agha Noor though is very expensive and the prices are very high but you take what you pay for here , thats the case the stuff or material of the cloth is very nice and also very high quality .this is a place to buy clothing for bridals

Its a good brand. But only new clothes are available in wide range at their M.M. Alam road branch. Its cost effective brand in women clothing. Their kurtas are different in designs. You may get party wear easily at this shop.

These are fraud people they charged me 4500 on credit card and sent a cheap dress of 3500 to me and now it has been a month the guy Fahad is not picking up my call and if sometimes he pick it up he always made lame excuses that we are changing ur dress, will do it today blah blah. Very bad experience from online shopping Fahad is very unprofessional guy.Never buy online from them

I have had the most horrible horrible experience ever with an online order, I did not mind shopping in the store but online was a completely different beast. I ordered a shirt to be delivered to my uncles house, my credit card was charged and I got email confirmation that it went through- about ten days later no delivery- I called, emailed, messaged on facebook and instagram with no luck until finally facebook reply with a WhatsApp number to contact a customer service rep Fahad. Ok so I message him, took a few days for him to reply and finally got to speak to him on the phone one day mind you at 4 AM my time- if you know you have customers all over the world you should have some sort of customer service available at different times. Anyways he said I did not give a local contact number so they could not call to confirm delivery- OK then why did no one ask me for it? They had my number. Well he adjusted my order, gave me two new items and I was happy. I changed the shipping address and gave a local number he said I was good to go. It has now been over 3 WEEKS and no delivery!!!! I have contacted again several times via email, facebook, whatsapp, called and messaged again with NO response at all! What horrible service , I cannot imagine ever going through this again!!!! I would never recommend ordering online from them. I personally know people in my family who have and have had no issue at all, but if you run into any kind of problem they do not care at all.
