I had the worst experience.I own four (4) cars from Madni motors all from 2018 - 2020. One of my cars was due for Service. I called at the number given on google maps. The person who picks up seemed like he didn’t want to speak. He says that this is another department (Sales). Upon hearing that I ask him to transfer my call, he says there is no transferring and i’d have to call another number. He quickly says the number and shuts the fone before I had the opportunity to note it down. Called again and the same guy shouts at me and says that everyone should have a notebook and a pen ready to note down numbers... I told him that he was rude and ill-mannered, he said he is ill-manared and then he started CURSING AT ME IN PUNJABI! Maa bhainn... etc... apparently he is non other than their “Top Sales Manager” named Muazum/Muazim.Today I regretted that I paid for all 4 cars all Cash from my bank account to Madni motors.They don’t have any respect for a customer or Humans. Shame.This (muazam) guy’s action reflects the Company’s morals and norms. If this guy stays on Madni’s payroll I would always speak against this company. May Allah give that guy Hadaya! And Madni motors Hadaya! And us all Hadaya!Stay Away from this guy or he will curse at you for asking him his name or number of a different department. He is a shame to Muslims and to Madni Motors.

Mechanics are very hard working. But the environment and equipments and space provide to them is way too worst.

Poor and slow service. At a time they start working on multiple cars. If you ask them to hurry up, they say only one man can attend one car at a time. Even if the car requires two different works like wheel balancing and clutch plate repair. These two are different jobs to be done by different people. At the same time they are very punctual about their lunch break. An excuse for not working. Not recommended. Go somewhere else. Also some guys are using mobile phone and tiktok on the job

By chance, went to wash room, (which was for the staff), pathetic dirty. Needs really good improvement, as workers are also human beings. Owners of the Madni motors who are authorized dealers of Pak Suzuki Motor company Ltd Karachi, needs to fix the issues of toilets for workers. Pak Suzuki company should also be responsible for such improvements. They must inspect dealers workshops too. This is also the requirement of the local relevant rules and regulations.

Very good place, service is good. Prices are much cheaper than other Suzuki outlets. I recommend it.

My Friend had the worst experience... When called at the number provided for service appointment, the “Sales Manager” named Muazum/Muzazim, says that people calling need to keep a pencil and a paper ready to note down numbers of other departments and curses at my friend in solid punjabi upon being called ill-mannered! (All the bad and foul Language related to sister and mother etc...). They don’t have any respect for a customer or Humans. Shame.#notoMadnimotors.I will choose Suzuki mini motors over this any day to support my friend.

Got a cheap navigator with 2020 swift. The factory supplied app doesnt find your location and if it does then it takes you through village roads where a car cant pass. Google map hangs on the device because it has only a 1GB ram (yes, in 2020!) When complained to service center they refuse to do anything about it. They say this how it is and we cant change it.

Whenever you visit this place please ask for ANWAR/KHALID mechanic he is the head mechanic there and he knows how to fix issues efficiently and they dont ask for additional work required.

I was a regular visiter of the workshop here but due to recent fall in their car sales, their strategy is to sell their parts to their customers. I have experienced 3 times 1st time it was glass door machine it was not broken but they insisted to change, after they removed it I saw that it could be fixed in less than 10 mins, than there was a back door handle they said it is broken and changed it however their was no broken part visible on the old one the connecting rod was disconnected but said the old one will not work, 3rd time my cultus wipers were making sound, and they said they need to change the link rods (iron rods) my car is 5 years old and I knew this is due to some dust stuck in the mechanism. They told the charges around 3000 (1100 rods + 1100 wipers + 500 labour + gst) I was able to get it fixed in 400 rupees as only dust was stuck in the bush. The guy opened and clean it, it took his 1.5 hours. In the recent year Suzuki has stopped trying to repare the things they just insist on replacement.
