Very poor service by Careem. I had to go three different places to get safty kit. What I got in the end was two masks one pair of gloves and one small sanitizer. I spent more petrol what that stuff worth.

Office us very small and located on 1st floor. Customers have to go through stairs to enter the office. Management has 4 persons when you enter the office, as soon as you enter they start inquiring about what brings you here. The other room is for training drivers how to drive and how to use their freaking software application which has very bad interface

Froud company making fool to people and luves with people having no interest with captain they dont know caprain are back bone of there company if all goes on strike they finished inshallah will happen soon

I am trying to registered myself in careem as a captain. I submitted my all required documents and ask them please help me to sign in. After few minutes wait they told me try to sign in after 2 hours and you dont need come back. But now its almost 4 days I am still unregistered.Please hire those people in the team who knows how to trouble shoot the app and having a good communication skills.
