Excellent place for grocery.. Decoration pieces on ground floor are worth looking at and unique in many aspects... Perfume watches and cosmetic kiosks also cover major area on the same floor... Upper floors usually hold crockery toys and some dress designers spaces... Best thing about this store is genuineness of articles as written on intro chits pasted in front of majority of products...

There were so many people crowded in Alfatah - definitely a nesting ground for CoVID 19. Dont understand why they cant limit the number of customers inside the store like around the world. People shopping for cosmetics is not exactly essential services!

The service could be improved in tue make up section. The staff literally pushes you to buy stuff which isnt on your shopping list. Vipera stall didnt have testers available. You test an item and then either buy or leave. Mgt must look into it.

Its a premium place. Not for everyone. A little small than Emporium and Packages. You should not go there if you dont want to buy anything i.e. not a place that you can casually visit.

The first big shopping mall in lahore situated in the heart of Lahore City. Different floors have different section like grocerry, electronics, home atoms, and crockery etc. I will rate its service 10/10.

I checked a baby walker which can be converted into a pram and rocker, it was tagged with Rs. 18000 in Al-Fatah and I bought the exactly same product for Rs. 7000 from Neela gumbad. Yeah, I had to visit few shops in Neela gumbad which took time. But it was worthy at end.

Its good for groceries but not for kids section. I went there in search of my kids bag the variety was very limited and not up to standard. So is the case with toys.

The selection is very limited compared to what it used to be back in 2008/2009.Lack of local items such as Kurleez potato chips (All natural, with no MSG) and limited selection of candy bars and drinks.Overall, I was disappointed.Please note that they also sell PKR 10 cloth bags for PKR 20. Highway robbery.Parking is a nightmare and there are only two elevators in the basement.Avoid!

This is everything under one roof mall. You can find almost everything from electronics to décor, toys to complete range of groceries here. Place is bit rushy during peak hours.

Shopping experience was better compared to the Hussain Chowk branch, specially the grocery section as the Iles were quite spacious and also the people visited had some courtesy to wait and be calm rather than banging their trolleys into you. Like it much there!

Alfateh one of the best shopping mall chain in Pakistan covering all major cities of Pakistan.Well stocked, good range of goods across the board. Al fatah has exotic collection of grocery, Lifestyle, luggage, and everyday electronics, household, crickery items. A bit expensive but the collection is quite rich. Groceries are on the upper side but the selection is outclass.

Just go there on random days in random hours & you’ll give the same verdict. It’s a waste of space really, the reason why its empty? The outrageous, exorbitant, ridiculously high prices of the so called BRANDED items! PKR 6,000 for a branded polo shirt ? No thanks! PKR 5,500 for a pair of 3 NIKE socks…?? SOCKS??? Are these guys even SERIOUS?The point is, why really have literally WASTED 95% of the hall space putting up things for sale 99.99999% of your daily grocery shoppers can’t even afford ? Guys! Just put up local reasonably priced brands there! Make that floor run, give the salespeople deployed a practical JOB TO DO for most part of the day really!The top floor, yes it’s the one with the FURNITURE in it! Yes, it is the BASEMENT or what you all call, GROCERY section!So let us begin!bought chickpeas from Al-Fatah’s own brand (called FARMLAND or something like that) –which were of downright PATHETIC quality! F Trust me , they nearly TOTALLY BLAND in taste, they wouldn’t get SOFT despite being cooked in pressure cooker for SEVERAL HOURS multiple times! and obviously they were MORE expensive than local market. You see that’s how this store works. They sell things at a premium, and then you such TRASH quality which just ADDS to the disappointment!Bought Extra Virgin Olive Oil –small bottle for like 350 bucks (it was written SPAIN in front of the bottle) –started using it for massage purpose. From day 1 I noticed, the oil was EXTREMELY thin and had a very strong FRAGRANCE added to it. Olive oil is thick & slippery, this, mixture, whatever it was, was just THIN! and then one find day I turned the bottle around & read what was written back. Sigh! It was a CHINESE product (with SPAIN written in front) many lines m which were written in English were INCORRECTLY written (genuine Spanish product would NEVER have grammatical errors in its product’s narration). just say, that was the LAST day I bought any sort of oil from Al Fatah. This store, sorry to say, is an absolute chor bazarBought disposable plates (paper plates) that were cheaply colored with silver to give an aluminum look. Sigh. Just found out today that the silver coloring SHEDS from the plate, some of it went into my stomach I had almost eaten my meal fully when I realized something shiny and silvery had been glued to the bottom of my NAAN & TIKKA!Guys, honestly, take my word on it… this store sells common things EXPENSIVE, on a PREMIUM ONLY because, you know, its AL FATAH!Vegetables are sold at a premium, fruits are sold at a premium, an extremely expensive CHOR BAZAR It is TOTALLY NOT the store for middle class! Don’t go & waste your hard earned money and cash here.IF you really STILL have to do all your groceries from here, then be vigilant of prices and in case of any compliant regarding product quality, throw such product right back on their faces! They deserve it!

The place is always quite busy. You can find huge variety of things there, specially grocery. But as such I find it little conjusted as compared to emporium n packages.

If you dont have any issue with your budget. Its heaven for you. Almost all kind of antique light, statue , all varieties of toys, baking crockeries , crockeries and lots more. But kids clothes seems limited variety specifically in boys section. As I said earlier Things are too expensive

Its a good mall. How ever i hate there way of shopping. You pay and they give you skip to keep and collect the stuff from the leaving counter. Which sometimes can be a pain because if your are shopping at there are high chances of losing a receipt

Carrefour provides a more enjoyable grocery experience. Al Fatah does have some exclusive and not-to-be-found-elsewhere branded stuff but only some! Other shops have caught up while Al Fatah has stayed in the times when I was a kid.

Its a full fledged mall with lots of floors, each reserved for various commodities like grocery, clothing, furniture, toys, cosmetics, electronics, gym equipment, art, and so on. The basement floor which is a grocery floor also has a medicine section. You can find almost anything you can imagine here. Parking is good too.
