Bought a 16k shoe which got torn after 1 time use.. was told to wait 10 DAYS for a claim to come through from karachi and i would be contacted.. i had to call after 12 days and they said they have it stitched and a claim for exchange was never sent... the customer service is abysmal and exchange or repair process is broken...they are not proper adidas outlet only packages mall has authorized adidas outlet.. would not recommend

Adidas xinhua mall is just an okay place....they did not have complete range of sizes and that was a big mood spoiler...

Poor stuff and too much expensive..not even close to international adidas standard..Not recomended
